As a visiting person to Jonesboro I asked where’s a good place to eat, I was told to go to Bruno’s.
Server was prompt and friendly my order came out in a timely manner and the steak was done as I asked.
I watched three wait staff hover over a larger table and never come to mine.
I never got my rolls and as I’m ready to leave one of the wait staff finally comes to my table to get me something else to drink, I’m through eating now it a little late. I asked if the person noticed anything missing from my table? ( ROLLS)!!!! It may not seem like much but as a first time visitor seeing the service that the (regulars) got I was jealous and slightly mad.
After the large table left and two of the wait staff we’re complaining that they only left them $5.00 tip and they got great service.
Made me wonder what should I give????
I once was a kitchen manager I understand that wait staff rely on tips but was still reluctant to even give a tip at all, but I still left $5.00. I was once told you only have one chance to make a first impression, I wasn’t impressed.
No matter how good the food is bad service will make new customers not want to come back. ( and that’s me)
Hopefully this gets fixed for the future of your business.

The owner smokes in the kitchen, brings her (pug) dog with her and let’s it run around in the kitchen and when a customer comes in she locks it in the office, once it barked so loud from being locked in there other customers were complaining. Will not let waitresses make new tea when it’s bad. All around this is just awful.

If going for buffet don’t go…..service was terrible me n my family where the only ones there…. plates stacked up on the table had to ask for napkins and refill…did not tip …food cold !!!!!! horrible all the way around

Not bad. Not the best either. Little pricey. But over all it was ok. Fast service and got the bill not too long after we got our food.
