Don’t be fooled into ordering a size too big. You’ll never finish it! Bruno’s pizza is known to be thick and filling. If you’re used to eating 4 pieces, you’ll probably eat two!Be prepared for a pizza to take 45 mins so order ahead of time. I use their mobile ordering. So worth the calories!

Breadsticks lukewarm and ZERO flavor.
Pizza looked as flat as a pancake, and of course lukewarm even though I got there a little before my order said it would be ready. $25 for a 12” pizza and breadsticks. A Little Caesars hot-n-ready would have been WAY better than this garbage.

Horrible customer service skills. I called back to explain that an order was placed and delivered incorrectly. I was told that it was was fault and the owner specifically said that he was frustrated WITH ME due to a refund that I NEVER asked for. I was also hung up on and laughed at prior to coming to any resolution. I called back after being hung up on and he’s yelling in the background about not being available. I was yelled at and it was assumed that I wanted a refund, which I DID NOT and never asked for. I would have kindly brought it back to be made correctly. But, due to the racist assumption that I wanted a refund, I wasn’t assisted appropriately. I will NEVER order from such a racist and inhuman owner. Some customer service training would go far. I was told that if my kids weren’t so loud, maybe I would have heard him. This was such a disgraceful encounter. PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE.

I have not been having a good time with Brunos lately. This last time I went to the Osceola branch and they ask my name, I pay then she asks my name again….I tell her and she says she rung up the wrong person. No explanation no nothing, im just standing there not knowing what I need to do, she hands me a receipt and I assume I will just be charged the difference since im already done, she then says you have to pay again, I said ok, she said yeah I voided it and probably by Monday you’ll get your money back. No “im sorry for the inconvenience” nothing she just stares at me. No one knows what someone’s situation is and maybe I need that money….I know what I do need, at least the decency of an im sorry.
