Bruno’s what happened. It’s been a while since I’ve had your pizza. I remember it was the best pizza I’ve had. Not so much now. Under cooked and had a funny taste. Very disappointed.

The only thing I am commenting on is Granger Pizza, maybe it’s not related to the other bruno’s. Your pizza sucks, frozen pizza would of been a better choice. Years ago you used to be the best, things are so expensive these days and I was reluctant to get Bruno’s because it’s a little more expensive but at time I thought it’s worth it for a good pizza, man was I wrong. Not going back, I will stop by the dollar store and get a pizza just as good as this. Not mad, just disappointed

I had a late meeting, and I wanted to order a takeout pizza and a sandwich… So I went online to do so. Bruno’s was getting ready to close, but they nonetheless honored my order and provided me with an excellent pizza and excellent customer service. (I had a unique issue with the use of a gift card and the gentleman who assisted me was able to rectify my situation … and was very kind and pleasant in doing so. I would recommend Bruno’s for the good customer service as well as their hot and fresh food!

Unfortunately, the pizza was disappointing! It just didn’t have much flavor; kind of bland. It did not taste like a true Bruno’s pizza. The toppings were scarce and in crumbles, not big sausage and mushroom pieces like the Bruno’s downtown. Even the crust was sub par. We live five minutes from this Bittersweet location, but we rather drive to the Brunos’s downtown in South Bend as their pizza is so much better!

We like Bruno’s pizza as we had good experience at the downtown Bruno’s pizza in SB. Unfortunately, the pizza at this chain is very disappointing – dough was undercooked, toppings were so scarce and I could barely manage another bite. I would suggest the chain to level up to Bruno’s pizza standard at downtown SB.

Ordered a deep dish with sausage and pepperoni with bread sticks. I paid 41 dollars. I got hit with taxes and fees of over 5 dollars. I certainly didn’t get a deep dish. I paid a fortune for a small pizza with sauce on top and bread sticks.
