Waited 40 minutes for our food. They seemed extremely under-staffed, so I can let that slide. However, I don’t think the food was worth the wait. Honestly, Domino’s is better in my opinion. There was also an occasional bad smell around the back of the restaurant. I’m not sure if it was the men’s restroom or someone who was sitting in that area, but it smelled a bit like sewage… Don’t think I’ll ever be back.

Ordered a carry out order, email said it would be ready in 15 minutes. Showed up roughly 15 minutes after I placed the order. Told them I had a carry out order to pick up and waited another 15 minutes. When they finally brought out my order, the lady said she forgot I was even there as her the others were standing around in the back chatting. The food was lukewarm warm when she brought it out but was cold by the time I got home

I made a to go order at 1115 to be picked up by 12 I got there at 1159. Walked in and noticed they weren’t too busy at lunch time thinking it’ll be quick. A gentleman was in font of me waiting to be seated, he was helped in a timely manner. As the gal was placing his order on there front machine, she had noticed that I was standing and waiting. She never once acknowledged me or saying I’ll be with you in a moment. I don’t think much of it because it’s lunch time and she seems to be the only one I can see at the time. She goes back and grabs food to bring to a table which again understandable but by that time I’ve been waiting for over 5 minutes with still no acknowledgment. Mind you they only had 4 tables that had people. Two already had their food and one just placed an order, & another just got their order. The gal gives the ladies their food and walks half way to the counter looked at me and still nothing and ends up turning around to help the ladies again. Another lady 10 minutes later by this time comes from the back and asks if I’ve been helped. She goes and grabs my food, and in between this the first gal finally comes over and asks if I’ve been helped. I work customer service myself and if I had a customer standing there for over five minutes even if I was busy at least greet them and say I’ll be with you in a moment. My pizza and appetizer was cold & the crust was soggy.

Unfortunately, this is the second pizza order that I was missing items and also incorrect. I was told by a manager, I was to receive a gift card for the 1st incorrect order (bone in wings with no sauce instead of boneless and mild sauce and missing 2 sauces)that i never recieved. Now this is the second order within a month, missing sauces, pizza has the wrong sauce and my pizza was undercooked. Just disappointed, we will be looking for a new pizza place. In a positive, it was a fast delivery time.

Usually great pizza. Tonight I called to make an order to go. Female worker answered “Brunos Pizza, can you hold” Yes. Literally set the phone down and I got to listen to everything going on in the background. Just thought you should know. We went somewhere else.

Tonight was the 2nd time ordering from them and again, I was disappointed. I ordered taco pizza both times, both times should of been no tomatoes, and both times there were tomatoes on the pizza. This pizza was the worst, all ingredients were in the center of the pizza. Waited an hour for delivery, so did not want to wait another hour for new pizza so didn’t bother calling in. At this point not sure if I will order from them again. I can understand being busy on a Friday night, but PLEASE do not let the quality of your products go down!!

This pizza was burnt & took over an hour to deliver. I asked for extra sauce & there was literally no sauce on the pizza. For the cost of this pizza it was an awful deal. I would not recommend this place.

Used to be worth the money but now it’s just sad pizza

We ordered Nacho pizza, 5 meat pizza and garlic knots and it was all delicious. Our waitress was very sweet and helpful we will definitely be going back!!
