Nasty. We ordered a lasagna dish it was gross it wasn’t stacked up as lasagna should be it was mushed all up. Completely disgusting. Had to toss it in the garbage. Pizza is not that great. They’re like afraid to put their toppings on, but they charge an arm and leg for it.

Quality time! On Saturday evening came in to Bruno’s Pizza with oldest son to try the garlic wings! The wigs were delicious and tender. My son requested extra food buffalo pizza and sweet Chili wings. To our surprise the food was delicious and amazing… The restaurant was clean and atmosphere was perfect. The restaurant staff were friendly and welcoming.

I ordered a pizza at 5:40 p.m. on New Year’s Eve. The young lady that answered the phone told me that it would be about a 45 minute wait, which I certainly anticipated. I got there about 5 minutes early and I was told that would be just a few more minutes, so I stepped back and just stood and waited and watched. It was way more than just a few minutes but as I stood there and watched your crew do their thing, and apologize to patrons for the wait, all I could think of was no apologies needed. You all busted your butts tonight and work together so well to get all the orders out for everybody even if it took a little bit longer. I hope everybody was as patient because I get it when you’re dealing with the public. It’s not easy. But thank you for my delicious pizza and for a great service. Anyone who knows me, knows I have a spot in Holyoke that makes my favorite “Sweet Chili Chicken” Pizza. Living in Springfield, I rarely get to enjoy it… until NOW.
Bruno’s is the only place in Springfield that offers the Sweet Chili Chicken. I was very excited because I already knew how GOOD their Pizza is, and they didn’t disappoint.

I cannot comment on the service in the atmosphere as I had this delivered via doordash. I ordered a medium pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and black olives. Genuinely the best pizza on earth. I’ve lived in Springfield for almost 15 years and tried more pizzerias than I can count. But Bruno’s takes the cake every single time. Someone says “pizza,” I say “Bruno’s.”
Even my family, who moved down south years ago, still craves it when they come up to visit. Bruno’s pizza is typically their welcome-home meal choice. My brother-in-law once packed up an entire party-size pizza from Bruno’s in a cooler to take back to Tennessee. That’s how good it is.
If you haven’t had Bruno’s yet, you’re missing out on a true Springfield classic.

I’m from the Eastern part of the state and was worried when I moved out West that I’d never have good pizza or a good sub (yes, its a sub, not a “grinder” ) again. This place is just as good, if not better than pizza from the Boston area/North Shore. That sauce! Their portions are large, the food always arrives very hot and fast. They’re so consistent with quality that I order here a minimum of once a week. When family comes to visit, they literally ask if we can order from Bruno’s! I wish they offered a traditional roast beef three way, cause their roast beef is very good! Definitely recommend this place!
