Great food, great atmosphere, and great service! This is a nice little restaurant with a lot going for it. Their chicken parmesan was very flavorful and fork-cut tender. The rest of our table enjoyed their entrees as well. Super friendly and grateful staff. Definitely check this place out if you’re in the mood for some great Italian!

From the moment we sat down, everything at Bruno’s felt warm and genuine. We started with the calamari — light, crispy, and so fresh — served with a marinara sauce that tasted like someone’s Italian grandma made it that morning. We also tried their salad pizza, and I can’t even explain how good it was. The homemade dressing alone is worth the visit — absolutely unreal.
I ordered the vodka chicken parm, and it was perfection. Crispy chicken, creamy vodka sauce made from scratch with bacon — you can taste the care in every bite.
My mom came with me (she’s famously picky when it comes to food), and even she couldn’t stop talking about how amazing everything was. The owners and staff were so friendly — you can tell they’re from Jersey and Italy — just real, good people serving real, great food.
Bruno’s is the kind of place that makes you want to come back the next night.

Bruno and his staff were amazing and friendly .
We had the Margarita Pizza , it was the best we’ve had , outer edge was crispy , underneath was perfect and stayed together yet soft and chewy , sauce delicious!!!!
Highly recommend, they have a full Menu , all from scratch , each order is made to order !!

Nice little place stuck in the back corner of the plaza. Service was good, pizza wasn’t to bad. You could really taste the oregano. I thought the pepperoni could have been cooked a little longer. The crust was great. They also have New York style slices. Definitely give it a shot.

Such a great hidden gem – the food is amazing. I was craving chicken Milanese and although they did not technically have it on the menu they were able to improvise. The chicken cutlet was nice thin and the breading was so flavorful! The pasta is perfect and the Alfredo sauce was nice and delicate not too thick – 10 stars! Great food great service and atmosphere and reasonable priced. Plus I love that you can get slices of pizza!!! Try it you’ll love it – especially for the NJ NY crowd Italian food just like back home!

We went to Bruno’s tonight. The food and service were spot on. I had the chicken parm which was amazing and fork tender. My wife had the pescatore. It was loaded with super fresh seafood and perfectly cooked pasta. They also have a great wine list. We will definitely become regulars here..

We love Bruno’s! We always sit outside; Annie is our favorite, she has the best recommendations and has really elevated their wine list- couldn’t be more pleased. We also had the pleasure of meeting her husband Darren, who serves there with her- top notch professionals- they’ve both worked downtown, in Waterside Shopps and Mercato and choose Bruno’s as their home, and favorite place to give everyone the best experience everyday! We had 2 half bottles of Rombauer Chardonnay- my wife’s favorite!! I had the linguini and clams and it was to die for!!!! Oh my lord, everything is so fresh and they give you a plethora of clams- the white wine sauce is delicious, the best I’ve had in this town actually. My wife had the eggplant parm and loved it. They use their homemade bread crumbs, mozzarella cheese imported from Italy and family recipe for homemade sauce!!! Absolute fire!! Bruno’s is a major hidden gem, and we’re so grateful we found them. Annie and Darren told us they are expanding and want to have a full bar!!!! If I can have my favorite Woodford Old Fashion, and my wife can have her Greygoose and soda, wow- we’ll never get in, or we’ll never leave. So thankful to have this local mom n pop authentic Italian restaurant for our new go to. Bravo to chef/owner Mike Bruno, you’re the real deal
