Holy Smoked Pig Batman!!! I had the smoked bologna with slaw, pickle and onion amd it was crazy good! I also had the Mac & cheese brisket burrito… I wasn’t feeling it but the brisket in it was yum-azing!

Sampler was great! Briskets are delicious, ribs great, macaroni is fantastic, and taters yum!

Huge portions of meat on the brisket sandwich make for great value. It’s a little plain, but the smoky flavor is excellent. I brisket BBQ sauce is great, and the others are pretty good as well. For my side, I had the taters, which were pretty good. I’m excited to go back and try their other meats and sides.

If you’re looking for BBQ this is your place, good prices, great Brisket, and pulled pork, have not tried the ribs yet but they look good.

I wanted brisket but they didn’t have any at noon. So I had to settle for pulled pork.. it was excellent, good smoke, moist and flavorful. A little of the original sauce dressed it up nicely but was completely unnecessary. The sides were a little weird though (but definitely a Small is not small by any stretch). The Mac and cheese tastes like it has old bay seasoning in it, which is not for me (think lobster Mac and cheese taste without the lobster).. the bbq beans are good, although came out almost boiling. So if you order them, be careful. But they taste good. All in it’s a solid place tucked away off highway 30. The cost is on par with average bbq or a little cheaper ($8 for a pulled pork sandwich, side and drink). And surprisingly the place was not busy at all at lunch on a Thursday. Will definitely return next time I’m in the area.

Hidden gem in Columbia City! Excellent pulled pork and equally good brisket. Good selection of sauces, variety of side dishes, and daily specials.

First we tried to go here on a Monday, only to find out they are closed on Mondays. Contrary to what their website says. We then went in on Thursday evening, got three pulled pork sandwiches and Bruno’s taters. All items were cold and tasted old. It looked like food from last week barely microwaved. Extremely disappointed. We go to Lucille’s often and that is some amazing barbecue. Sad to say this all Columbia City has to offer.

This was our first visit to Bruno’s which had the best barbeque we have ever ate !!! The brisket, ribs, pulled pork, potatoes, and beans were superb. A couple of drawbacks was that the tables were not cleaned off and no “wet wipes” available (a must for any barbeque restaurant!!).

Great food! Pork and brisket very good but the winner of my dinner was the mac n cheese! Best I have had so far creamy and flavorful! Service was friendly and quick!

Order a family pulled pork bbq on 11/4/16 for pick up. When my husband got home and open the box I couldn’t believe how horrible the pulled pork looked. It was dried out, hard and cold. It was the wrost food we have even received from here. I am not sure what the heck, but I do know if we bother to come back it will be in the early afternoon not in the evening. Hopefully, if we do come back it will be better.
