Today was a crazy snow storm and we reached the end of the day… my back was hurting so badly and I called Bruno’s at 6:50. They said they close at 7pm so I said no never mind I don’t want to do that to you all…. And they insisted on making our pizza and delivering it. This mom is so grateful … tonight, more than ever for Bruno’s. My back is also grateful. Thank you guys for being so amazing! And going above and beyond!

This is always my go to for pizza delivery. Until tonight. It was delivered barely even warm (I’m 3 miles away). I called to give constructive criticism noting that the cheese was barely melted, pizza dough not cooked, and onions were the end, hunky pieces.
I was not looking for anything other than to let them know. Instead the manager blamed me because they don’t deliver to Suffield (I’ve been ordering/delivery for years. They were doing me a ‘favor’ ♀️. shouldn’t mitigate the pizza I got.
The manager I spoke with just made excuses and said he was doing me a favor delivering to me (again, been doing this for years).As I said, it was always my pizza go to. Won’t again because I shouldn’t have been treated that way.

Every time I’ve ordered from these guys it has always been superb! This is the last pizza place that makes pizza the way i remember from a kid. Bonus they know wings are meant to be enjoyed with blue cheese dressing without request. Will always come back at every opportunity!

Listen when I tell you this pizzeria has good food, it’s an understatement! Their food is amazing!! I went on 3 occasions, twice got different pizzas and once a grinder. Every time the food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommended
