Went there for lunch the other day. It was very crowded, which is usually a good sign, but it was extremely loud — there’s nothing in the space to absorb sound, so it made it hard to enjoy the meal or hear the person in same booth.
I ordered the hamburger special with fries, and unfortunately, this is what I received: an overcooked, burnt, lifeless smash patty. It was honestly cooked to a crisp.
We were told management had recently made changes to modifications in their POS system. Apparently, staff had raised concerns, but those concerns weren’t addressed, and there were multiple complaints about the food. It also seemed like the kitchen staff wasn’t fully prepared for the changes.
I will say our waitress was absolutely amazing — attentive, friendly, and doing her best in a tough situation. However, the food was extremely disappointing, and based on this experience, I won’t be returning.

We had such a great experience at Brunches! We came in to celebrate a birthday and it was the perfect spot for a fun, relaxed meal. We ordered the Carolina Sunrise, a few drinks, and the chocolate chip pancakes, and everything was delicious. The food came out fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a good brunch spot.
The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff helped make the celebration feel extra special. It was the kind of place where you can enjoy good food, good company, and not feel rushed at all.
Overall, a wonderful experience and a great place to gather with family or friends for any occasion. We’ll definitely be back!

love love love brunches but especially this location. our waitresses are always so sweet, drinks are always yummy, and we leave with leftovers almost every time we visit. their gluten free biscuit is to die for, and they have delicious vegetarian options 🙂

We came in asked if we can sit outside on the patio when they sat us out there. There was another table lady comes out to pick up his check. He leaves lady comes back out to clean his table 5 minutes go by still no waitress after another 10 minutes another table comes out and sits down on the patio as the hostess is walking back. I ask if she can tell our waitress that we still haven’t seen her. It’s been 15 minutes We’ve been sitting outside. The kicker not a minute later, a waitress walked by with a try full of drinks for the new table that I sat outside before they come over to see us no manager came out to apologize for this nothing very disappointing

Today was my first at Brunches and I was blown away! Maggie was my waitress and she was nice & bubbly and made sure our water cup stayed full. I got the Chicken supreme biscuits and gravy but added hot honey to the chicken the chicken was seasoned perfectly overall I’d give 6 stars if I could !

I ordered the shrimp Alfredo with fried shrimp, and unfortunately it was very disappointing. The shrimp still had the shells on them, so my son had to spit them out. They were also over-fried. The Alfredo itself tasted rushed it had barely any sauce and lacked flavor.
On top of that, we never received any drinks. We sat the entire time without even being brought water, which they usually provide right away. The overall quality of the food and the service from our waitress was very distasteful. I was extremely disappointed with this visit.

My family had the pleasure of dining at Brunches today. Paige, our server, was exceptionally cordial and hospitable. The culinary offerings were well-received by all members of our party. The ambiance was relaxed and inviting. We were promptly seated upon arrival, eliminating any wait time. I highly recommend this establishment and intend to return in the future.
