First time here. The restaurant itself isn’t really visible from the main street (Milwaukee) so it’s easy to miss but glad we found it! It’s really nice & spacious inside. The staff are all really friendly. We came on a Saturday morning & got seated right away. I got a waffle with sides, my hunny got a skillet with biscuits & gravy. All of it was delicious nice sized portions. We were thouroughly impressed! Will def come back.

It’s a nice restaurant. The customer service makes me want to make the drive out there from the west suburbs. The food was really good. They accommodate children. The restaurant was clean and so was the restroom. I’ll be back for sure!

We came here right after a soccer game at 10:30 and we were seated immediately. We got the blueberry lemon bliss pancakes as an appetizer for the table (5) best decision ever, the pancakes were HUGE and delicious.
I got the veggie omelette which was great, and plenty to take home.
My husband got the steak and eggs- the steak was so soft and flavorful.
My son got a crispy chicken sandwich and gave it a 9/10 . My youngest got the kids Oreo pancakes and gives it a 10/10 would recommend!!
The service was speedy and the server was very attentive .

Made a stop at the brunch factory. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t amazing. The servers move very quickly and kinda rush you to take your order. They aren’t too familiar with the menu, everything I asked about the response was umm yeah it’s good or yeah most people get it so I think it’s good. The food looks and is presented amazing but lacks lots of flavor or is overly salty.
The steak was super tender, great cut but lacked salt and pepper. The breakfast burrito was overly salty. The French toast was super stale. The
Pancake stack looked fluffy but was extra hard and the syrup never seeped into the pancakes.
So I gave the food a 2/3 star.
And was better than my hotels breakfast

1st time here and it was terrific. I had the waffle and it was fluffy and delicious. My mom had the pancakes and there were 3. Way too much for one meal, but that’s good, leftovers. We also had the corned beef hash and thick cut bacon. Both terrific. The orange juice and coffee were terrific too. Highly recommend. I will definitely be back.

We ordered two flavored coffees, pancakes, and French toasts. The portions were very generous, and the prices were quite standard.
When I saw the size of the pancakes, I was worried they might be dry… but they turned out to be absolutely PERFECT!
Not too sweet, not dry, and they absorbed maple syrup or plant-based butter wonderfully.
The service was quick and friendly.
Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

I had an incredible experience at The Brunch Factory! The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with friendly staff that made the visit even better. Our waiter Nikko was amazing. He made sure we were taken care of!!
I ordered the strawberry and banana crepe, and it was absolutely delicious. The crepe was light and perfectly cooked, filled with fresh strawberries and bananas, and topped with just the right amount of sweetness. Every bite was a treat—beautifully balanced and full of flavor.
If you’re a brunch lover or just have a sweet tooth, this place is a must-visit. I’ll definitely be back to try more from the menu!

Very disappointing experience. Sunday morning, I took my kid to this place, with 10 waiters/waitress walking by us without taking our order.
Update: After seeing the restaurant response: I want to be clear: I did not yell any single of staff at your restaurant. I simply pointed out that we had been waiting 5–10 minutes without anyone taking our order. I respect your team’s hard work, but I also hope you can respect your customers’ time — particularly when the restaurant was not busy.
