I’ve been coming here for about a year now and they food is good but the service and they way they prepare your food is not ok. When I come to pick up the food the man behind the register is never friendly or nice he just hands you the food then when you order online they don’t protect your food from the delivery driver just put it in a plastic ripping bag with my pancakes open because of the packaging the the add the cherry on top they give you no butter and one syrup for to big pancakes and they didn’t put the glaze on the side they put it on pancakes to make the soggy ugh I will not be returning after this

The food was good for all of us. Donna was really helpful at the beginning going back and taking a picture of the veggie burger ingredients so I can see if I’m interested.
But she sold me on the “strawberry brunch cream stuffed toast”, no idea what that was but the white one is DELICIOUS!!

First time coming here and it was good timing (30min after opening) not many people and pretty quiet. Music was good and food was amazing, service was on point and food came out fast. Definitely want to return back here. A little pricey but it’s understandable. For 2 people it was $71 and that’s with a tip. 2 main dishes with chocolate milk OJ and Belgium waffle with strawberries on the go. Thank you for the yummy food and we will be returning 🙂

The manager and team here is great! Food is always delicious. Today I accidentally ordered at the wrong location somehow from their website but they helped out and still made my food at this Niles location and made sure I was taken care of. Appreciate how they care about their customers!

Came here for breakfast with family. Large breakfast and lunch menu. Prompt and friendly attentive service. The food came out very quickly and hot. Had a steak skillet with pancakes which was excellent! Will definitely be coming back!

The food is AMAZING. I know my selection is probably basic. I had the tuna sandwich, but replaced the mozzarella with Gouda, and it was amazing. Haven’t had sweet potato fries this good since I’ve been to Gordon Ramsay burger! The toast with tomatoes and balsamic vinegar is very unique and also very good tasting. The caramel coffee was also really good. Pretty sweet to my taste, but the coffee was strong, as I love strong coffee. The waiter came to check up on us in very good timing increments which I really appreciate. And the price for everything you get isn’t bad at all, especially in this economy! I love how there’s such a beautiful diner for brunch in Nile’s I’ve never saw. I hope many people see this and get to try for themselves!

The staff is five stars. It’s not everyday in Chicagoland do you get service like this. Clearly the culture of this restaurant is loving, hard working, and team work. I was blown away by how courteous everyone was. The entire staff (I encountered) was professional, friendly, and knew how to build rapport with the customers. They have better customer service than chic-fila-a! The food was pretty good. The size is amazing for the price you pay. You need to have a nice size appetite for these portions. The scrambler was really good. Eggs cooked exactly how I asked them to be. Enough about the food, I have to go back to complimenting the staff! The staff was so impressive they could’ve brought me a plate with no food and I’d smile and say thank you! I can’t stress enough the energy in the entire restaurant was amazing, every customer I saw had a smile and the family next to us mentioned how nice the man at the door was. Overall, my family and I will become regulars and I highly recommend you do the same!

We love this breakfast place and we go every weekends at different times.. It gets busy at around 1030-12pm. Which waiting is around 30mins or so. Sometimes less. If you want to be seated right away get there before 10am.. The food is great, plenty of parking and the crew are really nice.. 🙂

First time to Chicago. Decided to try out the Brunch Cafe and we were very impressed. Food and staff are amazing. If you’re in the area you must check it out. Try the bennys the French toast the crepes. And our server Julian was super helpful and very fast with service.

First off…. this place is CLEAN! Wow it was clean. I’m giving a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness.
The food was absolutely amazing. Everything was fresh and of the highest quality. The blueberry pancakes were superb . They were so soft and warm. Not too sweet, just right. The avocado toast was delicious and fresh. The Belgium waffle was huge and absolutely delicious. Slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside.
The service from Julian was unsurpassed and his knowledge of the menu was excellent. He was very attentive. He checked on us several times with a smile.
Parking was a breeze as there is a massive lot.
Overall, I highly recommend Brunch and will go again.
