Terrible service and unacceptable experience.
The manager refused to give her name and used profanity when we tried to address multiple issues with our order. Brown hair and glasses l’d find a job more suitable for your character. 🙂
The food itself was just as bad – everything arrived cold, the pancakes were raw in the middle, the beet juice had no beets as advertised, the waitress said we run out of beets sometimes? and the Bloody Mary had no alcohol at all.. we sure needed it with this kind of service.
Overall, this was extremely disappointing and poorly handled from start to finish. We will not be returning. I’d find better staff if you care for your restaurant at all but it didn’t seem that way. Good luck.

I’ve now been here about 4-5 times for brunch or lunch. The food is consistently excellent with generous portions. The service is always great, friendly and attentive without hovering. It can get a little loud on crowded days but it’s worth waiting for a table. Reasonably priced. My most recent visit was to celebrate a friend’s birthday. They brought out a beautiful cupcake dessert with a candle for her.

Lox was too salty & artificial for the salmon benedict. Hashbrowns were a greasy soggy mess. Nobody at my table completed their meal because everything was mid & tasted like it was cooked from frozen.

We’ve been regular customers of this place, but after today’s visit, we don’t want to come back. We came for breakfast, timing it so our baby would sleep in the stroller and we could eat in peace. Instead, we waited about 20 minutes while everyone who arrived after us was seated almost immediately. The reason- “the stroller would block the walkway.” We understand this could be inconvenient, but a little courtesy would have been enough. Especially since there was an empty room where we could have been seated right away-and in the end, that’s exactly where we were seated, but only after a long wait. Instead of a polite explanation, the hostess had an irritated tone, tossed the menus on the table, and walked away. Great food and friendly servers don’t make up for rude treatment at the door.

Our AmSpirit small business networking group meets at Brunch Café in Arlington Heights every Tuesday morning from 8:15 to 9:30—and we couldn’t ask for a better spot! The food is always fresh and delicious, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the service is top-notch.

A special shoutout to our regular waitress, Ellie, who takes such great care of us each week. She remembers our orders, checks in with a smile, and truly makes us feel at home.

Whether you’re stopping in for a casual breakfast or joining us as a guest for our Tuesday meeting (yes, guests are welcome!), you’ll be glad you came. We look forward to our time here every week!

This place is super busy but still has a cozy vibe. My daughter and I really liked the atmosphere and friendly service. Overall, we were happy with our food, even though my daughter wished she had picked something else, and I kind of regretted my drink choice—totally on us for not choosing better! The menu has a ton of options, so we’re definitely open to coming back and trying something new next time.

The food was okay. Was very disappointing to hear that they don’t offer freshly squeezed juice, but have smoothies. Prices are reasonable, but coffee is definitely too pricey. Did like the fact that they offer fresh berries and they do have a big variety of food options on their menu. Very packed atmosphere even though the place is pretty big. Seemed pretty clean, but when a child spilled a whole plate of food on the floor, nobody came to clean up the 30 minutes that we’re there.

Was so excited to see this open up as the area doesn’t have enough brunch spots. If you’ve been to their other locations you know what to expect. Super bright and beautifully modern inside, and the staff/service was so friendly and helpful.

Food was great, came out super fast and hot despite being a busy Saturday morning. I wasn’t the biggest fan of my scramble (kind of soggy with all the moisture from the veggies) but the carrot cake pancakes were amazing (if you’re not into super sweet pancakes this is for you – the multigrain cuts the sweetness, and ask for the cream cheese on the side) and my husband loved his skillet. Regular pancakes were also great – super fluffy.

Definitely worth repeat visits!!

Bright on the inside. A change from the past owners. Food is your breakfast style. Short stack was good. Pancakes were heavy. Bacon crispy. Scrambled eggs were light and fluffy. Service was good. Went again. Very good omelette and French toast!

We were in town visiting family for the week and tried this place out. The food was excellent and the service was great! I ended up getting the chicken Tinga Benedict. Also wanted to add the fruit was great. In our area in FL, most places side of fruit looks pathetic. Everyone else’s food looked delicious as well.
