Bruges was okay overall, though honestly, it didn’t nearly live up to the expectations I had. The Machine Gun Sandwich was fine. The sausage had a good taste but with the sheer amount of fries on top and heavy bread, it was overshadowed. I heard many great things about the fries and they were good overall. I got one of the triple chocolate waffles to go and the taste was pretty great, though not worth $4 for a small waffle. Decent place, but nothing really blew me away in terms of taste. This was especially true in relation to the price.

We came to Bruges on a Saturday morning and they were decently busy but no like out of the door. Overall the customer service wasn’t great. The food itself was pretty good. Nothing memorable and extremely overpriced for what you get. We got the chicken and waffles which doesn’t come with an extra side of syrup for some reason, and when you ask for one they make it seem like the end of the world, and we got the waffle monster which had a lot of good flavor. Overall I don’t think this is one where we’d come back very often. Definitely worth trying once.

Fantastic little waffle place in Sugar House. We got some dessert waffles and they were absolutely delicious. They were very nice and the waffles were made quickly. The atmosphere was pleasant. I will definitely come back!

I loved this bistro! I like to take my aunt to different local places, and this one is at the top of the list.
The service was excellent, the girl was so kind to my aunt who had a lot of questions.
The food was incredible. While neither of us got the sweeter waffle options, the burger I got tased so good. I also love that they have so many choices in sauce for every taste level. The fries were fresh and were just as good as the main portion.
They do offer the option to buy a waffle on its own. I got the cinnamon waffle and it was delicious even without the toppings.
So grateful to this place for giving my aunt another great experience at a local chain.

Looking To Get Lost
Tried this spot on a whim. Pleasant staff and dining experience even though it disliked my food. Overpriced for what I received and disliked having to pay additional for each sauce On top of each item. Tried the Machine Gun on recommendation, and after one bite I tossed it in the trash. What a mess and disaster to eat. Very much dislike the beef sausage buried in the middle of the pile of fries and baguette. The waffle pannini was less than impressive also as the filling was a tiny amount cooked into a single overcooked waffle. I will leave this to the locals who loves this place and likely won’t return.

I’ve been here several times over the years. I always find the food delicious. The fries are super tasty all the waffle options are tasty as well. I go places and typical say to myself that I can replicate this at home. I don’t think that is the case with these waffles. They are delicious. They do something different to the batter. So good. The topping options are wonderful. The atmosphere and location are perfect. Parking is easy. I highly recommend.
