I ordered a brunch box for delivery and was extremely disappointed in what was delivered. I got sent breakfast sandwiches on blueberry bagels. The order was incomplete and poorly put together. What a shame that this is the standard that this place has. I don’t recommend this place at all. Take a look at the photos to see what I received. If an item is unavailable fine communicate that and offer an alternative but don’t put together random items as a replacement. I encourage management to look into this and hold their employees to a higher standard. I am not one to complain typically but this is the poorest experience I have ever had with a restaurant in regards to quality of food. What a shame.

The manager (the one with black hair and bangs) gave our friends a compliment and amazing service. She is legit an angel from heaven. Also, the staff was overall very patient and nice because we kept ordering more and they were very accommodating. The food was absolutely delicious as well. I just hope that manager gets paid well, she was genuinely so nice.

Food was delightful, however I can say that it did really bug me that no one was wearing hats or hairnets. I decided to order & critique nevertheless & told myself that if I found a hair in my food, I would make a fuss out of it. Call me childish but as a genuine food enthusiast, it’s just one of those things you pay attention to, Coffee was mediocre nothing special but I can confirm that the restaurant did appear to be on the messy side. This place should really look into hiring a worker to maintain cleanliness. Food was visually full & was scrumptious indeed. I ordered the cinnamon sugar bagel with honey walnut spread & a Bacon, Avocado, and tomato bagel with no tomato & spread on the side.

I just had the best bagel in my life. It sounds exaggerated, but I am serious. It was a simple, plain bagel with plain cream cheese. I also had a smoothie and it is a very good smoothie. The service is great and very friendly. I was so tired because I was having a long day already by 11:00am, but the service and flavor made my day. I will be back

The bagels are great! The over customer service needs work. Ordered a cup of hot coffee. The cashier handed over a cup of cool coffee. When I explained the cofee was not hot, she rudely told me the hot coffee was cold because I put cream in it.

What’s interesting was while in Rochester last summer the Brueggers there aren’t nearly as nice as the ones in Tucson. Not kept up & the quality isn’t the same. You’d think they’d have national standards. That was at two different locations. Kinda weird. Never experienced that locally.

Warning, caution…11am on weekday, place had no line, two tables full, but was an absolute mess. Manager was on duty, but clearly lacks cleanliness. Note photo, milk left out, open yogurt sitting out, both which remained out for the 20 minute duration of our visit. Someone will get sick if they don’t make an effort to follow basic food handling procedures.
