Food is great but watch out for their prices and not honoring the posted price. Ordered a brunch box and the posted price was $34.99 but when checking out they charged $38.99+tax. Asked the guy about it and just shrugged and said that was the price in the register. Check your receipt if you go and be careful for what they charge you.

I was really looking forward to this restaurant. But the bagels were dry and the asiago cheese bagel had barely any cheese on it. I could compare it to a plain bagel. Another thing that really bothered me about this place, is the wait time for the one person bathroom. If you’re selling drinks and have a sit down area, it would be nice to have more capacity. I would recommend this place for take out. I used door dash to order some bagels and it was confusing to order them because the app would only let you select one flavor.

Although the food is excellent, I did NOT at all like the fact that one of the employees (a manager?) was working frantically behind the counter while carrying a child in one arm, and allowing another young girl to walk about behind the counter. Isn’t this a health code violation to let children behind the counter where food is being prepared? Suffice it to say that it turned me off to this location.

Bruegger’s Bagel is my favorite bagel sandwich place. It just always seems so blah inside this location, though. Definitely doesn’t have the same feel as the one near Speedway or the other one in our neighborhood. I can’t think of street name. AND for goodness sakes, when you post a now hiring sign, spell it correctly ♀️ ♀️ ♀️

The worst Brueggers experience I’ve had yet. Customer service was good and it’s what kept the stars from going lower. The bagels, on the other hand, were disappointing. Despite what it looks like in the picture, the bagels were abnormally small. Additionally, by the time we got home to take them out of the bag, they were stuck to each other. Some even appeared to be on the raw side of things.
