Great service received here by employee Haley. We were busy talking and I did not realize until I got to my office that I only received 11 bagels. So I called on the phone and Haley said I could come back. She recognized me when I came in and I got the missing 2 bagels. The bagels are always warm and fresh and we love the cream cheese choices as well. Also like their rewards programs and their great offers too.

Was not happy with Brueggers in Plymouth,Mn this morning. The Cashier did not know how to give change and the bagels were horrible. Either the bagels or the cream cheese were old. Went out of my way to go there and will not be going there again. That’s a lot of money to spend for terrible service.

Does anyone know how to get ahold of someone for a refund?! I ordered on the app 06/19/23 and they closed early and wouldn’t fulfill my order. They never contacted me to let me know they would not complete the order, and my card was charged $100.00 for the order. They said they can’t refund in-store but when I reached out online I never got a response or refund either. How do I get my money back without going to the cops for a police report??

I used to come here a few times a week, but I’ve lost hope in their team and am going to start going elsewhere. The young staff do not care about customer service, and they have gotten my order wrong the last 4 times I’ve come in. They sit and talk and laugh rather than helping customers or pay attention to their order. I pay quite a bit extra for something that is now never right (apparently cream cheese vs. regular cheese on a bacon/egg/cheese bagel is $2 more, but I keep getting regular cheese and charged for the other, plus an upcharge for a premium bagel that I have not been receiving since they keep giving me plain…). Very disappointing.

If the people behind the counter would call out what they are sitting on the counter and or the name of the order, it would solve people grabbing the wrong order. This happens every time I come here. They either sit it on the counter and say nothing then you wait forever to see if it’s even your order, or someone else takes the wrong order and you have to wait for it to be re made. Just call out the name of the order
