I ordered 2 bagels and both were garbage. These bagels were raw in the center and absolutely should not have been served. This location needs additional training and quality control around what is acceptable to serve. Food items this undercooked should have been caught before they ever reached a pickup shelf..

I have had numerous occasions of the manager refusing to cut my bagel sandwich in half- I asked corporate about this “new standard” and they never got back to me. I was met with crickets. I last went to this location on August 17 and I have stopped because of the lack of care for sandwich presentation. Attached are photos from when I got the sandwich. The bagel I received was messy and because it wasn’t cut in half, the fillings were spilled into the wrapping, including the cream cheese was on the outside of the bagel. It was also falling out of the sandwich when I was eating it. This sandwich costs 10 dollars- I want to eat the whole sandwich not just part of it. I’ve never been to a bagel shop that doesn’t cut their sandwiches.
The service here is also inconsistent.

This building needs fixed up quite a bit on the inside. But thats not the fault of anyone but the owner i guess. Otherwise great bagels. So good and so fast most of the time can’t beat that lol

Do not online order from here!! Multiple times placed an order only to see a dozen people all waiting for order they placed 20+ minutes ago. App has no way of letting you know and you can’t cancel your order while placed.

My blueberry bagel for my pickup order was terrible. I ordered it with cream cheese and there was barely any on it (which says a lot because I paid extra to have it on my bagel). When I decided to brave eating it and trying to spread the cheese as much as I could, it tasted liked the cream cheese was left out. This is the second time this has happened to me, and I won’t be going there anymore. Was ordered 7/9/2025 at around noon.

Ordered a coffee and Cinnamon Raisin bagel toasted with butter. The Asian girl at the counter was very nice and friendly. However when it was ready, it sat on the counter while she waited on 3 other people. When she finally put it out for us, it was cold, warmed but not really toasted, and over drenched with butter. Not the experience we were wanting.

The staff here really seem to care. They’re so overwhelmed though. So many customer, and no employees. One of the guys told me they have 3 or 5 employees at this place … how is this possible? They do great though!

Bagels are decent – but ran into some issues here. Ordered online, and when I arrived to pick up the store was unexpectedly closed.
Called the next day to get a refund, and assistant manager said he cannot give refunds for the past (day before).
Logged a ticket through their website and still no luck on refund. Bummer, as the bagels were decent.

Wife and I ordered bagels and while the employees were friendly, both items were disappointing. She got a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese, specifically to avoid poppy seeds, and the cutting board isn’t cleaned between bagels so the bottom was caked in the toppings of the last dozen bagels (including poppy seeds).
I got the bacon tomato egg white sandwich (pictured just lifting the top off unadjusted) and it, in addition to having cinnamon on the bottom, had little contents and wasn’t even egg white.
Love Bruegger’s generally, but this location was disappointing unfortunately.
