I used to work at a very busy brueggers 7 years ago and I don’t understand how this location can be so poorly staffed and managed. I ordered a cream cheese bagel and there were about 10 people waiting for their orders yet I had to wait 30 minutes for a cream cheese bagel? Not only did I have to wait 30 minutes for a cc bagel, when I bit into it, it clearly wasn’t baked. The bagel was completely under cooked, no stiff crunchy outside only a undercooked white looking bagel inside and out. Anddd the staff were super rude about it.

Bagels are just plain. But this place is a mess. It’s better to order online and not to wait. They process online orders first, and you have to wait. I waited about 30 minutes though there were only four people in front of me. By some reason, they were preparing my smoked salmon sandwich much longer than all other sandwiches. And the bagel still was not warmed up. The cold brew coffee was the most tasteless I ever tried.

Consistently wrong order. If I order it with two eggs, I get one egg. If they get the amount of eggs correct, they add bacon when I ask for no bacon. If I ask for strawberry cream cheese, I get plain. They NEVER have gotten an order correct for me in the 10+ times I’ve been there.

Stopped in about 9:30am on a Wednesday. No wait to order and food was made fast. Had the farmhouse breakfast sandwich and enjoyed it. There was a bit too much cream cheese for my liking. I would maybe order light cream cheese next time.

Had great service, even helped me with the ordering. Loved the five cheese bagel, it was the best and made the sandwich stand out more. Had the egg, sausage and cheese sandwich and my husband had his with ham. We both loved it and loved the bagel. Wish they had some closer to ND but will be back. We picked ours up and enjoyed eating them and coffee outside at the park across the street.

Regrettably, during my recent visit, the behavior exhibited by the staff was unbecoming, leaving me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Additionally, I found the prices to be excessively high, which did not align with my prior impressions. To compound matters, the quality of my bagel was poor, as it had been overcooked and was unpleasant to consume. Overall, my most recent encounter with this establishment was not satisfactory, and I would advise others to exercise caution when considering a visit.

Strong fresh coffee and some of the BEST bagels ever including sesame, jalapeño, spinach, garlic, and everyone’s favorite, the everything bagel. This chain really has a good formula for making breakfast a happy occasion. This store has so many students who appear to be regulars and I can’t blame them. I’m partial to the smoked salmon breakfast bagel with flavored cream cheese.
