This is my favorite spot ever when I have free time during school. The staff are amazing and always so welcoming. One time, me and my boyfriend payed with 24 one dollar coins, and they ACCEPTED IT WITH NO PROBLEM. I love bagel. I love them. They are like my best friends. I love bagel.

One of the best Bruegger’s locations I’ve been to, and I’ve been to several across multiple states. Little cramped due to location inside a strip mall, and I don’t like that you can’t order ahead from the app, but the wait is never very long and the staff are always friendly. Food is consistent, and bagels are fresh and have good texture. Plenty of seating inside the mall area if there isn’t room inside the store, and it’s often quieter there anyway.

I am very pleased with how this place runs itself. I often times go in multiple times a week and get the same 2 bagels, and it is always made up to standards. I never usually have to wait long and if there is a long line, that’s beyond their control anyways. Obviously the food is awesome. Service is great, the guys working there are always the best. No complaints and will continue to be a customer here.

Cosmetically speaking, it’s a place I would expect in NE Minneapolis, not Eden Prairie – ripped seats, could use some fresh paint, and trash and egg shells on the floor. But hey, leaving your trash out means you can prove you use fresh-cracked eggs! But the customer service was great, so not a bad experience.

I gave the atmosphere 1 star because while in the store today, I was asked by a woman if I would like to fill out a survey given by a local church, to which I answered no. I disliked this encounter because I thought management should not be supporting this kind of “enterprise” (yes, I chose that word deliberately). That church has nothing to do with a bagel shop’s business. Had the shop allowed the Girl Scouts to sell cookies, that would have been fine since they also deal with edible products. But a church?
