I come here once a week on the way back from dropping my son and usually my experience is really positive.
Today, I got a blueberry bagel (not toasted) and the thing was a leather boot. Not even kidding, I had to shake my head like a dog to get a bite outta this thing. It was surprising someone grabbed that one, cut through it and still decided it was okay to serve.
I said screw it, accepting the fact that it was just a bad batch and I could get over one bad experience.. I got about 5 bites in and discovered a dark medium length hair.
Safe to say I was done after that. And it has made me a little turned off from the spot.
The staff here is really great, its just left me feeling kind of icky about the location

My husband and I throughly enjoyed our freshly made bagel breakfast sandwiches! We both had egg, sausage, and cheese sandwiches, perfectly toasted on a plain and Asiago Parmesan bagel. We will definitely be back! ❤️

Feel very sorry for the 2 lone people working here today. Need more help. And the store is in need of a good cleaning. Hardly an appetizing environment, i.e.Vents on fridge case caked with dust. Dirty tables, unkept uncleanly appearance throughout. Note to owner – better pay attention or you will soon be out of business.

Ordered a sandwich and coffee, the bagel was hard like it was 2 days old, the lettuce was soft and wilted with brown spots, there was so much tomato goo on it it was everywhere when I opened it. And the cold brew I ordered I had to wait for after my sandwich was made because the cashier was too busy with his phone and it tasted like it had been made a week ago or more! I will never go back and plan to call and tell them my opinion of their food and how disgustingly filthy the place is which I didn’t notice until I had already ordered.

Today i ordered two boxes of coffee and two individual bagels for a potluck. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at 940. I got there at 930 and they didn’t start making the coffee until 945. After filling one of the two boxes, the girl filling my order disappeared. While i was waiting i ran down to Jerry’s to grab something and i saw the girl sitting in the mall hallway with her bf like she was on break. 10min later she came back and made my second box of coffee.
$50 for coffee and i ended up being 30min late to my event because of it. Nobody seems to care if customers are waiting – nobody looks up from what they’re doing. Very disappointing service.

Team was beyond friendly welcoming beautiful smiles very knowledgeable of the menu ESSIE/Ava/ Liz-the general manager Ashley was beyond amazing helpful truly made me and my son feel home gave us a reason to come back and the freshness of the bagels just Devine and if you sign up for the rewards you get free bagel and cheese sandwiche. So worth it that had regional manager today and the way they introduced them selves to the employees it’s fabulous and again it’s a great place to eat and study get together free WiFi

We called ahead to another location over in MTKA hoping for 2 bagel sandwiches and they refused and hung up on us. THIS location gave us excellent customer service and nailed it. So nice!!! We love this location!!

This reason for the review is the bagels are awful it made me vomit and choke please do a better job on toasting your bagels it also got me sick when I was there also the bagel got trapped in my esophagus am I esophagus and my lungs and my belly rejected your bagels so as the star reveal judge as I am I have to say one star for the food the service is good atmospheres good but for the bagels I have to say one star I don’t want to be mean I’m just saying I don’t want anybody in the reviews I don’t want to start panicking war for people in the reviews comments I just want their understanding that is all but my review has a reason

There’s a reason this place has a very low rating, go to any other Bruegger’s. This place is the worst, service is incredibly slow and inconsistent. Most of the time I don’t get what I order and it’s very very long in coming.
Responding to ownerships response: you don’t care. If you can’t make 48 bagels in an hour and a half, you shouldn’t be making bagels, or you should remove that option for pickup from your website. The responsibility is on you to live up to your customer options for service. Not the customer’s to “cater” to you.
