The most disappointing bagels ever. They look as if they are not completely cooked, are about 1/2 the size they used to be and speed over quality seems to be the name of the game for Brueggers now. Needless to say, I will not be back after a few bad experiences.

The guy working not only forgot my cream cheese completely, but there was also a hair in my bagel, I tried to call to request a refund, but god forbid anyone answer the phone. (The hair is at the top)

This location does a terrible job at balancing online orders and the people in line. They never have more than 3 employees even though weekend mornings the line has 20+ people in it. Since they prioritize online orders, the in person line takes minimum of 35 mins every time. This will be my last time coming here. I’ve given them multiple chances to be better and it just gets worse

Brueggers in Apple Valley is a clean, well run, and friendly store. Placed a large, 6 sandwich order today which was completed accurately and in a very reasonable amount of time. At least four employees taking care of customers, all working in sync to complete their orders. Supplies always being kept up with…a very efficient operation. The product, as usual, is very consistent and is our “go to” for a satisfying meal!!

Dirtiest looking brueggers bagels I have been in. next time- if I ever go back -I will snap some pics to see if this place really cares and cleaned up or not. Several other reviewers have noted this also (including hair on bagel). Carpet and floor have dried up goop on it. Have seen multiple employees using a white wet cloth sitting on food prep area as employees making sandwiches. And a few flies- yes landing on the bagels on the selection shelf behind the workers. But worst the floor view under the floor prep area one sees after placing an order when you step back from line to wait. You can easily see under the food prep counter and there are Balls of dust, hair and food. I had mentioned this mess under food prep area in PRECovid in a review, and got a nice reply saying sorry to hear this… BUT nothing changed -gotten worse. The viewing window and area where the bagels are made is always always a a mess. An inspection agency should look into this before someone gets ill. I will go back to see about pics as I used to frequent this location a lot but please hire a professional deep cleaner!

I’ve been here a few times, and every time I hope my experience will be better. Doesn’t matter if the lines out the door or you’re the only person in the store 9/10 your order will be wrong and thrown together just to get you out the door. Save yourself the money and drive the extra distance to a different location.

Bagels here were fantastic. It was just after lunch and they were out of several kinds. I had some plain Bagels which were still hot. Fantastic. Also had two of their signature bagel sandwiches which were also fantastic. There were only two people working behind the counter. Could easily have used three.

Bruegger’s Bagels is one of my favorite restaurants and this location has amazing bagel sandwiches. The young man who prepared our order is the best. That guy deserves a raise. The other three people working there who were doing absolutely nothing while the line grew longer and longer made me sad.

This location has gone way downhill. The dining area is filthy. Carpet needs to be replaced and it is worn and dirty. People used to come here on Saturday and Sunday mornings and congregate in the dining area. No one was in the dining area when we were there on a Sunday morning. Bagels and sandwiches were very good however.
