Gonna get right down to it and say this place really needs a cleaning. There is food all over the carpets and trash is overflowing. Every bench seat had trash or food underneath it… no way that was just from the morning rush.

We enjoyed a light lunch at Bruegger’s with bagel sandwiches and drinks. We had an egg & cheese sandwich ($5.69) and a Signature bagel with cream cheese ($4.09). Our drinks were $3.29 each. My only suggestion is to toast the egg & cheese sandwiches more.

I usually go here for my bagel since it’s right across from work. I’ve had issues here and there but this last visit wasn’t great. They had about 4/5 people working and it still took too long to get one toasted bagel. Also, I ended up tossing my bagel because they burnt it bad. If I had seen that come out of the toaster I would have automatically done a new one, that’s how bad it was burnt. I couldn’t even bite it, it was so hard. $4 in the trash because I physically couldn’t eat it.

I have been to this location a few times. And each time I have been my bagel has been super undercooked. I had to ask for a toasted twice and it still wasn’t good! I will probably just avoid this location.

Entered the store in Roseville. Took a long time to get waited on even though there were several workers and one person ahead of me who had also been waiting for some time before I entered. I asked for the smoked salmon, and the employee said we don’t have any prepped smoked salmon—so I walked out! What in the world is wrong with this place??! Extremely dissatisfied and disappointed! You get 1 star! If you only specialize in bagels, for Gods sake, have what you advertise!

Horrible service. I come to pickup an order for them to ask me to call the customer ti figure out which bagel sub they want since they don’t have the requested product. Why cant stores call their customers to figure this out rather than wait for a driver to arrive for them to do this? You do realize a driver is only supposed to pickup and drop off food not contacting the customer to figure out substitutes.

They charged a $17 delivery fee to their customer on a catering order. The customer was under the impression that was my tip, it wasn’t. I got a real nice $0 tip cause your fees are outrageous and it didn’t clarify I get a whopping $2 out of that $17. The delivery fee when I do that exact same order through doordash? $8. So where did that extra $9 go, Bruegger’s? Surely not in my pocket! Surely not in doordashes! Are you pocketing money labeled as a delivery fee? Sure seems like it when the orders through your site/app deliver through dooordash and charge $9 more in fees for the exact same service.

Wow. I got to this place at 7:30 in the morning. It had food on the floor that looks like it had been there from days before and the countertop had old coffee stains on it and many crumbs.

Always my favorite Bruegger’s to stop at. They have a great bagel to cream cheese ratio.
