I placed my order online. Got home and like this onion bagel wasn’t oniony like it usually it. I called , no answer. I just really wanted to know . Because if so I’d order a different bagel. Besides that . Nice store. Great customer service.

I had a disappointing experience at the Bruegger’s Bagels on Grand Avenue in the past, but this location completely changed my perspective. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with genuine warmth and professionalism.
The staff here go above and beyond. They are friendly, attentive, and clearly take pride in what they do. The atmosphere is clean, calm, and welcoming. Everything about the service feels organized and top-notch.
It is refreshing to see a team that treats customers with real respect and care. This location sets the standard for what great service should be. Thank you for making my visit such a positive experience. I will definitely be coming back!

Ugh. Bruegger’s Bagels used to be the ONLY place to get a great bagel. Great tubs of their cream cheese, and maybe a coffee.
What can I say, but how the mighty have fallen.

I recently placed a SIMPLE order at the Roseville Bruegger’s location. Unsure if these are franchised, or all owned by JAB Holding Company. A conglomerate that includes Panera Bread, Manhattan Bagels, Einstein Bros, Krispy Kreme and more.

My simple order? A bagel with Jalapeno Cream Cheese and a tub of Jalapeno cream cheese to go. As I drove to my 10a appointment that day, I opened the bag, expecting to find my bagel. But instead, there was a dry (not toasted) sliced, plain bagel with (you may have guessed it) NO cream cheese. Really? An order *that* simple and you messed it up?

Still having some time before my appointment, I turned around and drove back to the store. Waited in line and told the cashier that my order was filled incorrectly. His response? NOTHING. No apology. Just put the order in the system correctly this time, and motioned the guy behind me to step up. A very simple apology would have cost Bruegger’s NOTHING. Better yet, how about refunding the cost of the bagel and offering an apology? None of that happened.

And to top off the experience, I (today) opened the tub of Jalapeno cream cheese I purchased a couple of days ago. The quality of this cream cheese is far from excellent. Unsure if JAB Holding Company have messed with the recipe or if this was just a lousy batch. I can confidently say, having purchased these tubs on MANY occasions over the years, this tub was inferior. A bad batch? Who knows. At this point, I’m unwilling to give Bruegger’s Bagels another chance to disappoint me. Or take my $$ for poor quality product (tub of cream cheese) and for poor service in response to a mistake on an in-person order.

Shame on you guys for falling so far, so fast.

Very fast service despite a line to the door. On a Saturday morning they seemed to have a full staff of 8+ employees so they were moving and grooving.

The automated tip prompt included a “suggested tip” of $0-3. I appreciate that they kept it minimal.

It shares the building with caribou and there’s an open archway inside to go from one to the other

Ordered a simple bagel and cream cheese: cinnamon sugar bagel with honey SRIRACHA cream cheese. When I got to work and opened the bag, what I was given was cinnamon sugar with honey WALNUT. In my opinion too sweet, and just not what I ordered. A simple order, they were not busy. I was the only person in line, and there were maybe 3 other customers seated in the store.

Hardly any cream cheese in my sandwhich. I should have read the reviews because multiple people say the same thing. Ridiculous and very rude customer service. What a shame this location is still standing.

Ordered online (the app) for pick up. Easy enough. I can’t comment much on service, other than when I arrived my bagel was ready. Just a simple plain toasted, with the bacon scallion cream cheese. It was good, but it was too hot, and my cream cheese was melted everywhere – my fault for ordering it toasted?? Probably.
BUT it looked like a mini bagel! Tiniest bagel ever! Lol.
I have to say I was disappointed.
The store was clean and well kept. Nice location.
I must say, though, that I probably won’t be back anytime soon.

If you like a lot of attitude with your bagels, Lincoln drive is the place for you. Here the customer is wrong and needs tonmanage the process.

It took 5 times to get an order for half dozen bagels entered. Assorted apparently means you can’t pick and “the register was supposed to do that”. Sliced and in a freezer bag required constant supervision. Slicer could not be bothered to get a tie, “you need to go to the register for that,” and sends the customer back to the overwhelmed person at the register who had to ask slicer where the ties were.

Love the product. HATE the service, which geta worse and worse every time. Won’t go back.
