I tried the for the first time a few weeks ago for catering my DnD group. The bagels were great. They have a wide variety of them. The jalapeño cheddar and the maple French toast are my favorite. They also had good cream cheese selections, and they offer a few of them as lite.
The coffee was great too. The staff when i went in wrre friendly and professional.
Their Marketing Director emailed me a few days later asking about the experience and offered accommodation on the next order.

Holy smokes was Bruegger’s delicious. Ordered the Farmhouse Signature Sandwhich through DoorDash. Literally every flavor complimented each other.
Very enjoyable meal. Thank you!

Bagels here are mostly very good. The bagels themselves are excellent. But the service is a bit off. Didn’t get my order right on one of my bagels and left the onions (ugh – I could still taste them even after picking them off). Still, one of the better meals I had in East Lansing which is mostly bereft, apparently, of reliably good restaurants.

I did not even now there are Brugger’s bagels everywhere but my first time trying it was in East Lansing. My first time was very mediocre, I selected something I’ve never tried before which was their smoked salmon and I was skeptical about fish on bread but my second time around got better. First time it was very salty, and I couldn’t get half way though the sandwich and I just gave up. I believe whoever made this order perhaps put too many capers on the bagel and since it was my first-time eating capers, it was a lot for my tongue to handle. I have tried this type of bagel from other establishments, and I grew to like it. A year or so later, I came back to a Bruegger’s and it was good. So, it is probably just that first time, bad luck situation, but I have tried different options from this restaurant, and I do enjoy their bagels. Here, they offer breakfast and lunch options, assortments of bagels and cream cheeses, desserts, and sides. This place is on a busy street so parking could be a slight obstacle, so be prepared, but do give it a go.

lol. Expectation vs Reality. It tastes good but I paid $9.62 for what is advertised as more than the pinch of brisket I got.

This location is BUSY, but the workers are absolute rockstar and are always friendly! It was my birthday and the worker took the time to wish me a happy day and she was so sweet.
Just be patient when you go here, they don’t have a lot of workers and are working really hard

First off the food here is really good and the cashier has been nothing but super nice to me when I order food. We ordered a sandwich with no bacon on it because my girlfriend is vegetarian. I realized that the sandwich had bacon on it and went back to ask them if they could remake the sandwich. I would never blame them for mistakenly putting the bacon on it, especially because this place is always really busy. However, everyone besides the cashier was extremely rude to me when I asked for it to be remade, asking “They can’t just take the bacon off?” And looking at me with looks on their faces. Again, I don’t blame the initial mistake, but it was handled extremely poorly. Eating vegetarian should be respected as a dietary restriction and not treated with rude behavior. My girlfriend can’t even eat bacon grease/fat, that’s why we asked for a remake. On top of this, the remake wasn’t even made right as they forgot the second egg on the sandwhich.

This was one of my favorite places on Grand River to grab breakfast until I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the two girls that work the cashier and behind the counter. They are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with in the service industry. They purposefully ignore customers that are obviously waiting for some indication that their order is even being made. I have gone twice now where my order was just never made and both girls have treated me like it’s my fault that they screwed up putting my order in. It is extremely frustrating especially when the store is empty, which it had been both times. Another thing to note is that they do not take accountability for their actions and the second someone is visibly angry at them for messing up, they run to the back room and make the workers that make the bagels clean up their mess.

This is my usual spot between classes for a quick snack, but today was my last visit. Their mobile pickup process is confusing—there’s no clear indication of where to wait. If I stand nearby, I’m ignored, and they seemingly have an attitude if you ask them about your order, so today I stood in line, only to be told my it wasn’t ready. Not only were people who ordered after me served first, but when I finally sat down to eat my bagel, I found a hair on it. Not worth going back.
