I didn’t tip because it took 5 minutes for her to place my order. My pet peeve is when an employee ignores you completely before they are ready to wait on you. At least acknowledge I’m there, and tell me you’ll be with me shortly. Without the tip, the girl rushed my bagel, didn’t put the normal amount of cream cheese on it and didn’t cut it. 1% chance I return to this location.

We were immediately greeted by Ryan. I think he was the manager. He was very friendly and outgoing. He proceeded to check us out and gave our 6 year old a free cookie so generous! The rest of the staff was very friendly. The food was amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

This morning kicked off with the best kind of suggestion—my wife rolled over and said, “Let’s have a lazy morning and order some bagels from Bruegger’s.” Say less, I was already in. I went with the turkey sausage, egg, and cheese on a jalapeño bagel—something I hadn’t had in years. That first bite brought the nostalgia rushing back. The bagel had just the right kick of heat from the jalapeños, and the eggs were fluffy and fresh like they were made to order. It was the perfect throwback to a breakfast sandwich I forgot I loved so much. Big thanks to Bruegger’s for helping us start the day slow, warm, and satisfied.

Got there first thing in the morning. Didn’t have to wait. The service was incredible. Everyone was very friendly, especially considering it was 6 AM on a Monday morning. The bagels are great and I would highly recommend the Honey Sriracha cream cheese.

Wrong bagel without the two eggs and bacon on it instead of sausage. The plain bagels were cut with an axe it seems. My wife’s order only has one egg instead of two as well and I think the bagels were doughy. Disappointed.

Bruegger’s Bagels in Fairlawn is hands-down my favorite go-to bagel spot. My everything bagel was made to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you hope for every time.
Mike was incredibly friendly, and the GM was just as welcoming, which made the experience even better.
I genuinely love this location and always enjoy stopping in.

I had gotten a western bagel with a scrambled egg and requested it to be a yellow egg. They failed to do that and I was upset. It shouldn’t be hard to do that. I cannot have white eggs. Asked for refund and got it. They offered to make a new bagel sandwich too then the lady said I can’t have both so I walked out. Never again will I order from there.

The staff at this location is very friendly. The food is out very fast and they are accurate. The general manager greeted me with a smile. Very friendly young man. I would highly recommend this place.

I was told almost 2 years ago multiple times by several employees that Bruegger’s would be acquiring gluten free bagel options soon. It’s been extremely disappointing and frustrating that we are now at the end of 2025 and there are still no options for gluten free individuals at a bagel place, when many other bakeries and local eateries offer gluten free bagels. I have always really enjoyed Bruegger’s and it’s really upsetting that they have still failed to accommodate other dietary needs.

the workers here are terrible. the black girl i believe she is a manager has an atrocious attitude towards customers, and says beyond inappropriate things in front of us, like saying she’s gonna commit suicide and such. She also gets very annoyed with some when they are on the wrong side for ordering. Half the time the coffee is cold and empty, the floor and tables are usually a mess. I have also seen the same girl smoking while she is up front. And recently, i’ve heard some weird things coming from the main manager. When i was in there last week i heard him say to one of his employees that he loves her and the staff was clearly uncomfortable, and he has been seen being touchy with some too. I also think it’s weird how there’s no cameras in the building because the employees can just do whatever they want and not get in trouble for it. They need to be put accountable for what they are doing and that manager needs to be talked to
