I don’t go to Hudson very often, but when I do, I make sure to stop at Bruegger’s Bagels. I love the western egg sandwich and the twice baked hash brown. But today was very disappointing. My twice baked hash brown was cold and my western was missing the peppered bacon. If there was chipotle mayo on it, I couldn’t taste it. It was very dry and tasteless. I ordered my food to go, so I wasn’t able to have it correct. Maybe next year I’ll stop again and check it before I leave.

I got a toasted ham and cheese on everything bagel, it was perfect. Bought home a half dozen on my way home and im so glad I did as they are delicious. Everything inside looked clean, staff was friendly, and the bagels were still soft the next day so you know they were fresh. Can’t wait to stop back next time I’m in the area.

Waited forever and was given the wrong size coffee. When I pointed it out the employee acted like I insulted her personally and would not speak or respond in anyway after I asked for the right size. I got a huff and an eye roll. I said thank you and she just walked away. Lol my deepest apologies for wanting what I paid for. We will never be back. There’s a million bagel places that will take my money with a smile.

There hasn’t been a time that I haven’t had an issue with this place, but I finally had to post a review because this morning my Maple French Toast bagel was literally rock hard. Not exaggerating I could’ve used this bagel for batting practice. I’m scared to throw it away because a hungry raccoon might get to it and break a tooth. They never put enough cream cheese on the bagels either, like not even enough to be considered light cream cheese. This place is so incredibly disappointing.

Has some of the best bagel sandwiches around. The Hot pastrami is absolutely my favorite – and highly recommend it. I drive 25 minutes just to get them.
Not very many places left nowadays that have employees who know what they’re doing. Here, I can say, they are consistent and competent. Excellent location, and perfect place for lunch or breakfast!

Usually, this place is good. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case this past Monday. My smoked salmon bagel sandwich had no smoked salmon! The bagels, one dozen, were again sliced hot, so they were all smashed. It’s a good thing I stopped elsewhere and took a bite of the sandwich. I was not happy having to go back.
