I came in and it was very clean and smelt like fresh bagels and it was great, the lady working was so sweet and she helped me, I had never been there before. She was very patient with me the whole time. It was very clean and pretty inside. I took the rest of my food home because I got full fast but it was very very delicious. I recommend to anyone that wants a good breakfast bagel or sandwich.

I ordered a dozen bagels, two cinnamon sugar. The rest sesame sesame bagels were really good but they put it all into a box with the cinnamon and sugar on the bottom. So now the cinnamon and sugar is covered in sesame and my wife doesn’t eat sesame. She’s allergic to it so they ruined my cinnamon and sugar bagels

Quick service and friendly staff. One thing I didn’t really like was that my jalapeno cheddar bagel was tasting like sweet cinnamon which kinda ruined breakfast.Not a huge fan of cinnamon. They need to separate these bagels when baking/making them. Atmosphere was nice for a busy location.

This is unfortunately the only bagel shop close to my school but it never fails to disappoint me everytime I go. I only ever order pickup so I can’t comment on the service but the food is always so disappointing. This most recent order I got a Farmhouse and they forgot the cheese, the bacon was so floppy and chewy it was like they didn’t even cook it, and the other bagel with cream cheese I ordered had hardly any spread on it. This place is so similar to Einstein’s and yet it’s almost guaranteed I will get consistently better food there for at least a few bucks cheaper. I don’t write reviews normally but I love bagels and really want a better bagel shop closer to me.

When i came in went to look at what eagles were available immediately she a rude African American woman said you get line over there i assured her I was just looking ar the poor selection the bagels I got were great the smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich was just thrown together no care for nine dollars cashier rushed me on the whole i won’t be back to many other choices your help sets the tone 29 dollone coffee one sandwich a dozen bagels and cream cheese

You can take the bagel out of NY, but you can’t take the NY out of the bagel? This place does exactly that. Listen maybe I’m expecting too much but as a native new yorker, If you look in the face and say we can’t add any seasoning to your eggs (mind you salt and pepper) because you just don’t have that, something’s massively wrong. We were there at 10AM on a Sunday and there was 1 person in line, red flag that we ignored. The red flag we could not ignore was the very slow service, and to add insult to injury, we were grateful that they made a fresh batch of coffee that we unfortunately did spit right out once we tasted it. Could be on us but y’all don’t got real coffee beans IMO. A bodega with staff that don’t even speak a word of english knows what salt, pepper, and ketchup means and won’t question my request for seasoning. Let this be a lesson to this chain, you can and have taken the NY out of the bagel, do not pretend you are repping us when you do people this dirty. No hate on the staff maybe you hate working there as much as we hated the food.

With a Walnut allergy THIS was just great.
This place has gone drastically downhill since the new owners took over. I hadn’t gone since they took over. Today was a BAD mistake and I won’t go again.
