Perfect for a quick breakfast on a Monday morning! The poppyseed with cream cheese was awesome and the double egg and cheese on sesame was delicious. Perfect bagel texture.

I’m originally from upstate NY, so when I say, I’m obsessed with Brueggers? I ain’t lying. I used to eat Brueggers every morning when I lived in NY, so I’m happy to find one this far south! My favorite is the western sandwich on an Asiago bagel. But everything you get will be delicious.

Wow! While on vacation in Nashville we ran across this bagel company. They are made on site. Great taste and texture. Creative menu items. We loved these bagels so much we went back the next day to buy some to take back to Florida with us!!

The girl who made my bagel was super sweet and nice when I asked for a recommendation, the other girl could maybe speak up a bit/work on communication skills as it was hard to hear what she was saying bit I figured it out since I was just paying for my food.

Do NOT use their app. We ordered on their app on the weekend before last….expecting them to run out of some bagels, but shockingly their app didn’t show any sold out. Thrilled, we placed orders for some bagels and sandwiches.

I have been coming to Bruegger’s bagels for over 10 years at least once a week. I absolutely love the food but I am leaving a bad review because of the new service and management at the brentwood location. The new manager at the brentwood location, a tall man, is very aggressive and rude to all the costumers. I have never had a good confrontation with him, which is shocking seeing I go in so often. Today I listened to him yell at a costumer for asking for 2 dozen bagels. He was infuriated by the fact she would ask for the remaining cinnamon raisin bagels, even though she was a paying costumer. He had also yelled at me a multitude of times for asking simple questions or requesting specific ingredients for my bagels. There is no excuse for his attitude. All of the other workers are amazing and I still love the food, but I cannot stand leadership as rude as this.

I cannot believe the service here. Walked in to grab two dozen bagels to go and was instantly met with a terrible attitude from the guy at the front. Half way considering leaving, I asked for the first dozen and he starts yelling at the guy in the back, obnoxious and unprofessional. Then I ask for the second dozen and he says “yeah, that’s going to be a problem. I can’t let you clean me out” in the most rude way imaginable. There were hundreds of bagels already made and you have a paying customer in front of you… wild business plan but whatever. We won’t be coming back.

I have been a loyal customer to this store for years. They are very busy and I always go out of my way to tip them extra because they are working so hard. Today they had a new person building my order and she seemed to get no help from the veteran associates while I was holding my 1yr old in hand. They said you “need to wait for the eggs to cook, Boss”. The tall gentlemen who said that is typically very nice, but he had an aggressive tone and look on his face when he said it and I called him out on it. His shorter coworker gentlemen backed him up and acted like I was being irrational. Either way, it was terrible customer service and made me feel like I needed to leave immediately. The tall gentlemen also said “have a good day, Boss” before I thought about leaving. Beyond this terrible incident with a long time loyal customer, the use of addressing someone as “boss” can be offensive an belittling. After several years of loyalty, I will never come back due to how awful they made me feel while holding my 1 year old.
