Good pumpernickel bagels. I do however want to point out that other customers visiting are parking in undesignated areas that make handicap or stroller access difficult. Hope management can work on this and put cones up or signs. There was a car here when I arrived and then a different one when I left.

Restaurant is dirty, all tables have been removed for in store dining and employees are rude. The cashier was worried more about her cell phone and air buds than assisting us. Overall food was okay however Western bagel sandwich served with a raw green pepper, not chopped in egg.

I have been going to this place for years. I always bragged and loved the bagels from this place. Unfortunately, the last two times I went there on. Saturday, the bagels were not the same. The bagels used to be soft fresh and hot. The last two times the bagels were hard and didn’t seem as fresh. In addition, they were not hot like they used to be. I was really disappointed the last two times going out there from Mooresville. Furthermore, the same girl that checked me out, both times, was not very friendly.

First and last time ordering from this place, I ordered through Doordash and when I received my food the eggs on my bagel were green, which I know sometimes if an egg is boiled the yoke can be green but this egg was not boiled and it’s not just the yoke that’s green. Not to mention the smell of the eggs and the egg is what makes up most of the sandwich. Completely disgusting serving people old, rotten food. Hopefully don’t catch some disease from taking a bite before realizing. Attaching photos of the egg so everyone can see what I mean and how gross this is.

If I could give 7 out of 5 stars I would! Exactly what you expect from a beagle place. Highest of quality. The bit of green and a piece of meat in my strawberry cream cheese is what I needed for that little bit of extra energy to get my day started off right !! Will definitely be returning! ……NOT.

Love their bagels. Was bummed they were out of salt bagels today, had the blueberry bagel instead (toasted with cream cheese). Currently no indoor seating, but there are a few tables outside to eat a bagel and drink some coffee. There was a line (about 5 people) today, but the staff was quick at helping people, so the line moves quickly. Definitely be back.

Just ordered Bruegger’s Bagel for the first time to get bagels for our staff(used doordash). Did not receive one of the cream cheese tubs so I called them . They have yet to answer the phone to send me the cream cheese. Waited on the phone for 30 minutes. Back to Panera Bread I go for my future orders. Sad that no one has bothered to answer one simple phone call. One of our staff members called from a different line and they never answered that call either. Oh well

The bagels here are great, service is usually good, but they seriously need to remodel the inside, even if it is just tearing out the nasty carpet that is there!! You can’t eat in there anymore but it’s gross just looking at the carpet when ordering and waiting to pay! Please address this, management team!!!
