Think of the Subway of bagels. The food was edible but definitely not great. I would prefer a Sheetz bagel sandwich instead. I did have a nice hot cup of coffee. The older man at the register could have been a little more friendly. The place was clean. I probably won’t return. Sorry.

Great to be able to sit down and eat in the store again. The staff is always friendly, and they’re attentive to every detail. A suggestion for Corporate: Get the drink cooler out front fixed. They can’t display all the chilled wares, including all the great cream cheese options.

I want to start by saying I have never left a review of any restaurant/experience in my life. I ordered 2 bagels online. There was no option. To remove the jalapeño cream cheese. So I thought I’d call and just ask. The girl who answered couldn’t have been more annoyed that I called and asked one question. Then told me her manager told me they actually can’t do changes like that over the phone….. I’ve loved brueggars my whole life, but the 4th ave location is filled with disrespectful employees who get pissed off when you ask to make a HUGE change such as no cream cheese. Honestly haven’t been that disrespected by a food service employee in a long time. Wild phone call to be a part of.

This Bruegger’s Bagels location has been my main go-to for my morning Grub Hub orders on busy work days lately. The food always arrive still hot, fresh, and always delicious! My bagel sandwiches are always on point and their twice baked hash browns are absolutely to die for! I ALWAYS buy the hash brown as an extra side because it really is just that good. The staff working there have also always made all of my orders accurately. I definitely recommended them to my staff and they have ordered from them and loved their food as well!

Place is nice but the service I received from the cashier was a little rude. This was my first time visiting here and I tried to give the cashier my order as if I just walked into DnD and she just points down to the woman at the order station and doesn’t speak. I don’t know if she is normally rude or because it’s that time of the morning or if it’s because I’m a black guy or something.
The sandwich maker however is also an elderly lady and she was nice and smiling and respectful. I wasn’t made to feel welcomed and I will probably go to DnD next time.

Staff it’s always good and friendly. Food is quick and delicious. Since the buyout it seems like the upper (district and up) management don’t know what’s going on.
The limited sandwiches are always good and this location is easily the best one in Pittsburgh. If you ever have an issue they will make it right.
The GM here is by far one of the most responsive and friendly managers I’ve met!
