Love Bruegger’s!
The Bruegger’s in McMurray closed down awhile back so this is my next fave location.
Nice, large dining area. My only complaint is that I came early and the Rosemary bagels were already gone. This happens a lot. I think they need to up the amount of these made if they run out that quickly.
Workers are always very polite and efficient. Building is clean and on trend. Seating inside and out. Always enjoy my food here! Recommend!

Bruegger’s is my go to bagel shop. I’m usually very happy with the food and service. But the bagel I purchased today was RIDICULOUSLY small….literally 2 1/2 inches in diameter. When I got home and unwrapped it, I burst out laughing it was so tiny. It was the size of the mini bagels you can get at the supermarket. I’m hoping this is just a one-off and not the new standard.

I absolutely love their bagels! Authentic style NY bagels are boiled (not baked) creating an irresistible slightly firm outer shell with a soft chewy interior. I drive nearly 30 minutes to go get Brueggers bagels, ignoring the other bagel company store that is less than a mile from my home. It’s absolutely worth the trip though I do wish they would reopen a Peters Twp store.

This is my second time coming here (it’s been 2-3 weeks since the 1st time) I walked in and was greeted by Gina! She is such a sweetheart. Remembered my order and is beyond kind! I get the Western sandwich and vanilla cold brew..it is absolutely delicious. GOODBYE STARBUCKS! This cold brew is less expensive and so smooth! The sandwich is really yummy as well. I can’t wait to try new things. Thanks Gina for being so welcoming and awesome! Everyone making the food(up front) is also so friendly!!!!!! This is a great location to sit and eat, unwind, and listen to your earpods.

They always follow directions pretty well on a custom bagel sandwich and it’s always edible. Sometimes they don’t toast the bagels enough but sometimes they do so it’s hard to know when to say double toasted or not say it since I just want it toasted so it’s lightly brown ya know? They’re really slow, drive-thru especially like they are constantly understaffed or just slow workers. I still prefer this place over the local Dunkin donuts any day.

I love Bruegger’s Bagels! The one I used to go to (Cochran) closed a while ago and I held out hopes that it would come back for far too long, but now it’s some healthy fast food place. Boo.
Anyway, this location is great: always clean and well-stocked. Bruegger’s Bagels are far superior to Einstein’s, Panera, etc., so I’m always happy to drive the extra 20-25 minutes to get some.

Update, cold under cooked bagels. So the food is good, but the one worker was blatantly ignoring me and another customer (not the first time ive had an issue like this at a bruegger’s). The cashier came out a few minutes later and she was nice and smiling and did her job well, but a “someone will be right with you” would’ve been nice from the guy in the back. Bagels were of good quality and had no other issues.

i’m absolutely disgusted, i visited this morning and found giant chunks of bacon in my bagel. i did not order this as i cannot eat bacon due to religious and health reasons. they clearly do not clean between customers or care to look at what they are using when preparing food. do not come here. if you have a food allergy they probably will shove that allergy under your cream cheese so watch out. i had to throw the whole thing away.

Not the best smoked salmon bagels. The bagel it self was very good but wasn’t toasted, it was not even warm when I ate it I didn’t realize that u need to ask for the beheld to be toasted. The smoked salmon was really bad, it was clearly frozen and had small ice crystals when I was biting into it.
I would still recommend eating here if u want bagels but definitely don’t get the smoked salmon.

It’s a tragedy as to what Brueggers has become. Arrived at 7, waited for 10 minutes before I was told to order at a different spot. Meanwhile someone who came in after me was helped before me. The bagels weren’t warm at 7am, not a good sign. And they discontinued bacon scallion cc? Nothing good lasts forever.
