Bagels have gotten more expensive over time and what you get doesn’t match the price. I made sure to ask for extra cream cheese and when I opened my bag up to check my food it’s like they made sure to put even less cream cheese on my bagel?? Why do they only put one thin layer on ONE side of the bagel??

I completed an order online and went to the store about 20 minutes after I ordered. I order the bakers dozen, an egg sandwich and a coffee of which were not getting completed. I understand that it was busy but the poor girl at the register had to complete my order for me. I waited in the store for about 30 minutes and many of the bagels ended up being incredibly stale. Not the of product I have come to expect from this restaurant.

Simply ordered a hasbrown and bagel with cream cheese. The hash brown was cold and the cream cheese had salmon mixed in. It would not have been as big of a deal except because it’s fish the entire bagel tasted like salty salmon mixed with honey walnut which is not good. I tried to call and was told “go online”.

Not sure if Bruegger’s knew what they were doing when they did it, but “it”, is done. Get the Vermonter and take your taste buds to a good place. That sweet cream cheese on a sweet corn bread type bun chews real well with a couple eggs, sausage, and bacon.

I paid $17 for 2 bagels and a drink which was fine but the issue is that i was given three sandwhiches not a single one was mine. Im in a 10 hour rehearsal and cant get up and leave to get this fixed. This was my breakfast and lunch and possibly dinner.

I’ve been to this one a few times in the last couple of months and I’m going to stick to Webster.
I get my bagels toasted, with butter and then whatever cream cheese I’m choosing that day. Unfortunately, the bagels are never toasted enough. If there’s such a thing as a lite toast, this is it. The bagels are never hot, let alone barely warm.
Fortunately, the cream cheese is really good.
But the bagel is not hot to the point where the butter doesn’t even melt.
Also, this is the first time I’ve ordered the chocolate milk and $2.40 for a 7oz bottle is lunacy.

The new sandwich was very good.The double stack, my only complaint would be that the bacon was only on one side of the sandwich instead of spread throughout. Excellent sandwich and service!

I recently started stopping here about once a week or so to pick up a breakfast sandwich on my way to work.
I used to go to another location but started having issues with their product quality and atmosphere.
I’m really enjoying being able to pickup quickly though the drive-through. Sometimes getting back onto Monroe is tough with traffic, but nowhere near as bad as it would be to stop at Starbucks closer to the expressway.

I had an issue where I bought my order online and did pick up in store and an item was missing. When I went back to make them aware of the issue, CHRISTINA (or not sure if spelled KRISTINA?) was so nice to resolve the issue. Everyone there has always been fantastic and friendly plus they have the freshest bagels.
