Bagels and food are great, but service is slow as hell. If your looking to go in before work, don’t even bother. You’ll be waiting in line forever with one person making the bagels that is slower then molasses and moves at the speed of a turtle quite literally, while the lady at the checkout is just standing there watching everyone.

Such a friendly atmosphere there! You are always greeted with a smile no matter what time of day when you walk in there, and the food there is always so good! I will admit I come back for the wonderful employees and conversations I have there, and it always brightens my day walking in there.

As soon as my daughter and I entered in, we got greeted by smiling employees which is rare to find these days. We came for the second time and my daughter ordered the Sriracha Honey Sunrise with no bacon which became her favorite! Thank you Brueggers Bagels.

First time here..The two young men assembling sandwiches, were so busy talking personal business, too preoccupied to do the job..that they put the incorrect ingredients on the bagels, (requested veggie cream cheese, got plain) cream cheese schmear was sooo skimpy as to be nonexistent..get some training in here..or a manager with a watchful eye..We drove pretty far for the Breuggers name, but left disappointed.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. NEVER order on the mobile app because they will make you wait an hour. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Not only that, but they will give you a messed up order. I called and left my name and # with a lady working for them to fix the order next time I went. Just went to get the correct order and now they claim they never talked to me and won’t fix the order. Save your time and go to AM Bagel where the people have more than one brain cell.

Absolutely love this Brueggers Bagels! It is clean and staff are very friendly, kind, courteous, and always smiling which is rare these days. The bagels are DELICIOUS, soft and fresh right out of the oven. Great job and a huge thank you to the workers and management!!

Excellent bagels! Closest Bagels I have found in CT to New York Bagels! Love how you buy a dozen. Get one free! And they also have a deal where if you buy a dozen you can get two tubs of cream cheese. They have all kinds from plain, a low fat plain, flavored ones like strawberry, jalapeno, honey walnut, the list goes on and on. I will definitely be back there the next time I am in the Shelton area!
