TEAM GUSTAVO: I wanted to take the time to acknowledge Gustavo Teo for the great customer service, so attentive and always willing to go above and beyond. When I’ve gone to the store if there’s a specific bagel that I’m looking for and there’s a couple of the specific bagel he is always letting me of other options that are similar that I might want to try. Thank you so very much for being so respectful and well mannered. Makes it a very nice place to come too. He is a great asset to the company, great customer service is hard to come by and having a person like; its like a breath of fresh air. Much appreciated. Very professional.

Great experience at the Brookline Coolidge Corner location. We came in after 11 am craving everything bagels and they were sold out, but Gus, a new crew member, offered to bake just four for us. The bagels were freshly baked and delicious. Gus was fast, friendly, and very professional, and we saw him being just as great with other customers. Excellent service all around. Thanks Gus!

Plenty of options for to choose from as well as the selection of bagels is also great. I ordered the sausage egg white breakfast bagel which was actually good. Bagel was warm & toasty, would suggest if you are looking to get something to eat for breakfast or a quick bite.

Bruegger’s Bagels were great for in-between meals. If it was too early for lunch but too late for breakfast – then you treat yourself to a juicy new york bagel. I liked the simple Western with an egg and the special Jalapeño Cheddar bread best. Just take it with you and enjoy it on a sunny park bench. I can recommend it to everyone to stop by – it’s worth it.
