I wanted to share my recent experience at your establishment, as it has been weighing on my mind.
On Tuesday, January 6, 2026, I visited between 7:50 and 8:00 a.m., hoping to enjoy a quick breakfast before work. I approached the counter and explained to the young lady that I had come in the day before, Monday, January 5, around the same time, and unfortunately, my bagel order was incorrect. I simply wanted to ensure that this time my order would be right.
I understand that people have busy days, and when she asked why I hadn’t called or returned the previous day, I explained that I was at work and unable to be on my phone unless it was an emergency. I could sense that my request caught her off guard, which perhaps affected her response.
I wasn’t seeking a refund or anything for free; I just wanted to make sure my order would be correct. A little kindness can go a long way, and I felt that my intention was met with contempt.
I truly believe we all have our moments, and it’s important to remember that everyone has their own struggles.
As someone who has been a loyal customer for four years, it was disheartening to feel a lack of understanding in that interaction, especially when all I wanted was to make sure my order was correct this time. I know it can be challenging in a busy environment, but all I hoped for was a simple acknowledgment maybe stating, “I’m sorry that happened,” and a commitment to get my order right this time.
I genuinely appreciate the hard work that goes into running a business like this, and I hope my feedback can help foster a more supportive atmosphere for both staff and customers. Thank you for taking the time to read my thoughts.

Stopped by the location trying to find a dissent place to eat something, was my first time here. The crew was very helpful by helping explain about the menu. I randomly chose a cinnamon raisin toasted with a cream cheese and a cup of coffee. Very tasty, delicious and served with beautiful smile of that young man but sorry didn’t catch his name.

Great customer service as always at this location. Quick and efficient ordering time. However my bagels had a lot to be desired that I ordered today. They did not seem thoroughly baked and some were squished. Ordered a baker’s dozen. Kindly see the attached photos.

Service was unusually good. Ramsey was very attentive and pleasant. I imagine half the reason people go to this store is to get a hello from Ramsey. Food was delicious. Salmon bagel is excellent. Good vibes all around.

Superb management at this location – Tiffany, Joe and the team make sure every visitor is treated with courtesy, kindness and efficiency. Cleanliness is a top priority. And no matter how busy it gets here, with a high school and middle school both within walking distance, this location meets and exceeds its daily challenges. Highly recommend.

This spot offers fresh and delectable bagels in a convenient location. However, the service could be improved. After placing our order, the cashier inquired again about our selections and their contents. Unfortunately, indoor seating is absent, and while there are two tables outside, they were damp during our visit.

The service is okay. But I would say they can definitely be more courteous or rather at least polite. The lady who made my salmon bagel just threw my brown bag across the counter!! A little cultural sensitivity would go a long way in collecting good reviews!
