I hadn’t been to a Bruegger’s Bagels in some years and wow did this brand go downhill. To start, this location is downright uninviting. The door has a piece of paper taped to the entrance letting customers know they’re no longer welcome to eat inside. Yes there is plenty of open space, but they’ve removed all of the furniture except a few pieces labeled “employee rest area”, or something to that effect. Alright great, I’m forced to eat in my car because they can’t be bothered to deal with real patrons and would rather act like they run a ghost kitchen. Next, my wife and I were both asked for our orders at the same time. That’s fine if the person making the sandwiches can keep it straight, otherwise since there’s nobody else in line, take your time and ask us as you make them, or at least double-check if you’re unsure. The cream cheese my wife ordered was put on my sandwich and vice-versa. Not a big deal, and normally it wouldn’t bother me at all, but everything about coming to this place was such a poor experience that it does. A few seconds after giving our order, we go to pay and the cashier asks “what did you get?”, okay you’re asking me instead of talking to your coworker 5ft to your right, or listening to the order I just gave; nothing else was going on, but sure. “I ordered Sandwich A and Sandwich B and a coffee” – “That’ll be $37” – How??? Somehow my order was interpreted as 3 sandwiches. Okay, mistakes happen, but it’s just one thing after another. Now the checkout asks for a tip and it’s irksome. Feels like a derelict business shaking down anyone still willing to come through the doors while offering as little hospitality and service as possible.

When it’s open the staff is kind and accommodating but clearly very few recourses are put into this location. It might just be my luck but half the times I try to go it’s closed early for some reason. Bruegger’s has the best bagels wish I could actually get one.

New customer here, staff was rude when I didn’t know where things were. Constant judgmental stares from them after. Good bagels though

If you are gonna go, go during the week when it’s empty. Service is better and the bagels are in abundance! Had the best western bfast sandwich with so much extra bacon ever today!! Kudos to the girl who made it and legit piled on the bacon for me I appreciate it. She also picked all the darker bagels I asked for for my half dozen. Made my day! Thanks for the deliciousness it’s appreciated greatly!

Alrighty so the bagels were great. A small cross contamination, but not super surprising given the layout of the toppings. Staff was rather meh. (Maybe it was a bad day?) I’ll be back again nonetheless!

Spending almost $7 (with included tax) for a stupid Crispy Chicken Tartar that was nothing but soft gooie pile is S@”t. The bagel was stale bread and ice cold chicken mash. Extremely pisst. In addition I the music in the diner is loud and streesful. So you come here to relax and get a bit to eat. You end up leaving this stupid place stressed and ready to VOMITE!

Very good food. Love going here. Just can take a while since only max 2 people are making sandwiches for everyone. Also, they seem to run out of certain bagels whenever i go. But, still overall a very good place to get something to eat.

I was so Stoked to find a Bruggers Bagel. Haven’t had one since 1997 when I lived in Boston Mass Ave. Days. Bread & Circus Days. The staff was amazing and very friendly. The Cashier took from the Tip cup to complete my transaction. I had purchased given a tip then decided to get Coffee after all… She was so kind. I would’ve walked to my Vehicle she wouldn’t hear of it.

I love the bagels and I love the food that they have. My encounter today at the Milton location was not good but quite disturbing. I am allergic to a certain kind of cheese letting the staff know should’ve taken care of the problem but the person making my bagel promptly put that specific cheese on my bagel and when I told her she then decided instead of making another one to just try and scrape the melted cheese off. When I confronted her she said that’s “not my problem”.
