Ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats. Ordered a 3-pack of bagels and a Tub of Cream Cheese for them. Pretty straight forward you’d think right? No way they could mess this up? Wrong… They send the bagels with NO cream cheese lol. When I called to let them know; I was told manager would call me back and make it right and never heard back. No apologies or anything. Horrible service.

Not only is the food amazing but the staff is friendly and honest – ESPECIALLY Ronald! I got some bad news on Wednesday and my head was in a foggy space. I stopped in to have a bagel with my husband and unfortunately ended up leaving my purse behind. That was on Wednesday. I didn’t even realize it was missing until Saturday night (working doubles at work can do that), and after retracing my steps I just could not remember where I put it. Finally, I Had a friend text me how the bagel shop was? And then I remembered that I was there on Wednesday! I called and the staff had immediately put it in the safe, and with everything going on in this world, I think that good deeds need to be shouted from the rooftops to show that there are good people out there. If my purse hadn’t been turned in and put in the safe safely by the staff, I would’ve had to replace all of my cards and license and I also had a Kate Spade wallet in there. So valuable things and hard to replace items. We will definitely be returning, and not just for the bagels but for Ronald also. He saved the day, week and probably several months, hundreds of dollars, and also having to spend probably 72 hours at the RMV ❤️

Don’t go here. The people preparing the food are mean and nasty and the manager working the register is too busy with mobile orders to pay attention to walk on customers. Go to the bagel shop on Quincy Center. Even with the extra 15 minute drive you will still get your food faster.

Staff is rude and unfriendly; while I was waiting for my food they yelled at the customers 3 times. I’ve gotten the hash browns from them twice; the first time it was still frozen and the second time it was burnt. The bagel sandwich I got didn’t have any cream cheese on it despite that being a part of the description; it was only partially cut in half, and the bagel was stale and not toasted.

Ordered takeout from Bruegger’s Bagels and it actually hit the spot. The peppered bacon, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel was delicious and the bagel was super fresh. Iced coffee was solid too. Everything traveled well and genuinely made my morning. A bit on the pricey side, but at least it was worth it.

As you can see from the photo, both bagels were completely burnt — blackened on the outside and tasting like straight-up charcoal. The smoky flavor overpowered everything. I don’t know how this was even served. Really disappointing. Staff just don’t care about the quality of the food.

The food was tasty, as it usually is. However, the customer service was awful. There was no communication between staff (who were mostly preoccupied with side conversations), so they forgot about our order until we reminded them. And then, when we got our cold brew, they preemptively poured in cream. I asked what they had poured in, he informed me, and then the staff proceeded to loudly complain about me asking for 2 minutes after we walked away. The staff were continually talking about customers both while they were there and when they had left. I would not return to this location because of this experience.

We came in at 8 am on a weekday and the place was empty. Quick and easy to order and I liked that there a lot of delicious flavor combos for the breakfast sandwiches. The bagel sandwich I got was good but it could have had more bacon and eggs. May be worth paying for the extra egg.

Visited today (11/16/25) and the experience was a total letdown. Ordered a specific bagel that was apparently out of stock, but nobody bothered to tell me. I waited a full 15 minutes staring at the pickup counter before I finally asked where my order was—only then was I casually told “oh, we don’t have that, pick something else.”
No apology, no heads-up at the register, no effort to make it right. Just a shrug and a wasted chunk of my afternoon. If you’re out of something, say it when the order is placed. Basic customer service 101.
Bagel itself was fine, but the complete lack of communication and accountability ruins the whole visit. Won’t be back. Terrible service.

Waited over 30 minutes for a small(two items) to go online order only for it to be wrong. They gave me a bacon egg and cheese instead of a turkey sausage egg and cheese not sure how you can mix those two
