I buy bagels 6 days a week at this store. It is always clean and ready for business at 6 a.m. They are always courteous and quick. Entrances are always clear of snow and the bathrooms are always clean. They are the opposite of Einstein Bagels which truly suck.

I had the smoked salmon on a garlic bagel, and it was absolutely amazing! The flavors were spot on, with everything tasting incredibly fresh. The bagel had just the right amount of crunch, and the smoked salmon was perfect. The service was fast, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely recommend it.

Overall the bagels are a good size, not overfilled like most places, Bagels are on the thinner side which I don’t mind, customer service is average what you’ll expect in most fast food areas, not rude but not welcoming, they have 4 hight top tables with 3 chairs for each table.

Mobile ordering at Bruegger’s Bagels is so easy and highly recommended. Sometimes ordering in-store can be slow (not a bad thing, I’m just impatient nowadays when ordering food). Will always come back for their Smoked Salmon Signature Sandwich.
Really friendly staff and they’re always so nice when handing me my order. Obviously the only downside to their location is parking, but that’s the Melrose Main Street area for you.

I have been to this location multiple times and it’s been fine but this time will be my last. Placed and order for 2 smoothies and 2 bagel sandwiches (siracha honey sunrise on an onion bagel toasted and pastrami Swiss on jalapeño) I got home and the siracha honey sunrise is what is photographed below. No siracha cream cheese on the bagel at all, no onion bagel but instead a plain bagel with a black hair on top No jalapeño bagel but instead onion bagel with pastrami and Swiss.
I called to speak to a team member and they informed me they couldn’t find my order even though it was not even 20 minutes ago I placed it in store. I asked to just receive a gift card for compensation to pick up next time I’m over there and was hung up on. Terrible customer service, I’ll stick to the Winchester location.
