I honestly don’t understand how Bruchi’s in Medical Lake is still operating the way it does. Every single time I come in, the service is awful. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Nothing. You walk in and it feels like you’re interrupting the staff by existing.
More than once, I’ve walked in and there was nobody at the counter at all. No “be right with you,” no sign, no explanation. Just an empty front while employees were outside smoking. That’s not bad luck, that’s straight up neglect.
The workers consistently look disinterested and miserable, and that energy is pushed directly onto customers. One employee in particular always looks like she’s having the worst day of her life and makes sure everyone else feels it too. If they hate being there that much, it shows loudly.
What really seals it for me is the reviews. The 5 star ones look completely disconnected from reality. They read like generic praise with zero detail and honestly come off as paid or bot reviews. Meanwhile, the local community on Facebook regularly calls out how terrible the service is, which lines up exactly with my experiences.
This place doesn’t have a bad day problem. It has a culture problem. No customer service, no accountability, and no urgency. Until management actually cares about how this place is run, I won’t be back

Went in for Dinner it was very Delicious, The store needs some work the place is so run down and the smell of poop is pretty strong .The staff was very friendly . The store doesn’t seem to have teenagers running it anymore so we will be back! Everyone out here in our community would like to keep medical lake strong I’m not sure why some are so negative we have all lost enough out here let’s God Bless.

Why is the staff so rude go find another job if you hate your job so badly. The music is way to loud and why the death metal I was in there the other day for lunch with my coworkers and the same thing you can’t even enjoy your meal. The airway heights store is nothing like this one.

We stopped in on our lunch break and ordered a 12 inch & a 7 inch Philly steak and there was hardly ANY MEAT we literally had to push all the meat up just to have a kinda normal sandwich PLUS the meat was burnt OR it was the scrappings off the grill from old food. I wish I would have taken a picture before of the sandwich not just of all the left over bread we had. GO TO SUBWAY
The restaurant itself isn’t terrible tell u sit down & look around but the outlets are black and LOTS of tiny dead bugs in the windows seals, up the windows, food splattered all over the wall. I wont go into all the grease on vent hoods …..DEFINITELY NEEDS A GOOD CLEANING & management that cares.

Excellent food and clean establishment. Customer service was mediocre and the girl taking my order wasn’t terribly subtle about wanting to do anything but take my order. However, I can’t deny that the chicken bacon cheesesteak was excellent, and both it and the fries were hot and fresh. Would certainly eat here again.

As im standing in line for 15 minutes watching the 2 employees talk, 2 separate groups walked out and the employees just laughed… im sitting here waiting for my order the cook is saying how he messed up on an order but the customer ate it anyway so 20 points there… they absolutely don’t care about being professional in ANY form cussing in front of kids in the lobby. I know im just a drop in the bucket for them but I’ll NEVER be back. The fact they think it’s funny to mess up people’s orders is crazy. It was hands down the worst fast food experience I have ever had.. UNBELIEVABLE

Came in not to long ago and delt with a very friendly gentleman had black glasses black face scruff and was working with a blond on grill I just wanted to give a shout out to this guy for not only helping the elderly with there quite heavy front doors but also for busting his butt trying to get orders out while I wasn’t sure if they had anymore help I just saw him and her but for also keeping a good head and attitude while clearly hearing the lady at the grill complain about always having to come in and that she has a second job and that the drunk owner don’t care about anyone but covering her own but I didn’t say anything because I do understand life can be hard but it was still very uncomfortable and unprofessional I do really enjoy the interactions with they guy that helped me and my kids absolutely love him he always is so nice and offers my kids ice cream at the end of our visits he definitely makes it more upbeat and easy to come back for me and my kids to enjoy hope to see you soon ice cream man hehe
