The 12” classic steak barely had any meat on it. The meat was grisly and disgusting. I couldn’t finish eating my half of the sandwich. If we had dined in I would have requested a refund or replacement sandwich.

I am so sorry. This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The lady at the front counter was so rude from the start. We get lettuce instead of buns for health reasons. We ordered 2 smash burgers and 1 extra patty on one. She messed that up so first she said the total was 35 and the guy came and fixed it and it went down to 26. We were still surprised it was so much since each burger is 5 bucks but then when we got our receipt we realized she rang up Bruchi’s burgers. We spoke with a manager and came to the conclusion they would “smash” the burgers. We had also asked for ranch. When the lady gave us our meal we only had burgers with no toppings, no ranch, no silverware, or no napkins. We asked for ranch and she ignored us and walked away. My boyfriend said excuse me maam could we get a side of ranch and she snaps back “we don’t have ranch” then stomps away. The vibes were already hostile from the beginning so we got our own utensils and napkins and left. We got no burger toppings even though we paid 3 dollars more per burger for the bruchi ones.
We go to bruchis on the south hill and they are extremely friendly. We will never be returning to this location and we will not be purchasing bruchis for a while because of how unprofessional and purely rude the lady employee was.

Took us 35min to get our sandwiches, we dined in and they were behind on orders, yet still waited on the drive through before us. They should have told the drive through it will be 15 min if you want to wait so we can catch up. Another customer got up to get a return. They used bad language while cooking with kids in the restaurant. Don’t even know if my steak sandwich was steak since all I saw was mainly burger meat. Worse place

Its very expensive for a mid level sandwich. Often they are our of ingredients and dont tell you. For example I have ordered the club a few times, which has turkey, ham, and roast beef, and only got turkey and ham. Also the employees are not well trained and do not know current promotions. Once my wife was even screamed at by an employee who didn’t understand their $1 sunday scoops of ice cream. I will say when everything is available and fresh the food tastes good.

This is currently the best Bruchis in town because it’s the newest and cleanest. I really liked coming in and eating here when it was brand new its smelled really good in here. I like everything on the menu. These are some of the best sandwiches around they are tastee.

I love Bruchi’s chicken sub and steak sub. I’m so sad that they don’t have the tuna sub or the spinach salad here at this location as those are my other favorites. The food is good but the service here is pretty bad. The workers are so slow and not very good at customer service. They take usually 30-40 minutes to make the sandwiches which seems impossible to me. The other locations in spokane are way better.

They had a customer sitting at the door after 10 am as he waiting 5 min in the drive through before that so he left. We waiting in the drive through for a few minutes, and went then went to the doors they were still locked and they guys said he’s been trying to get someone for the last 10 min. I tried calling twice and they ignored my calls. Then had someone else come through the drive through and finally started taking orders.

I used to believe I could come at lunch and get a clean restaurant and prompt service, but that’s not the way it is any more apparently.
Will you stop by for dinner and it took an incredibly long time through the drive-thru. It made us late for our appointment. But I gave him a try at lunch and it was good for about a year, but the last two times I went there for lunch, the tables were filthy, it took a long time though there wasn’t many people in the restaurant, and it just felt like business.
