This is my first time eating here since the original location on 3rd and Nobhill closed. It is definitely not as good as it used to be. Totally different taste. The cheese is so rich that’s all you can taste. Also to call it steak is an insult. It’s more like ground beef now.

Food was good. Service was lacking. 25+ minute wait for food after ordering. It wasn’t during a lunch rush either. The lady at the drive thru was also going to the front counter to help guests. Isn’t her fault there was such a wait, but you would think they’d have more staff so there isn’t such a delay.

I’ve been coming to this brand for many years, at numerous locations. This is the first time at this new store location. The menu (to me) appears to be expanded from when they were at 3rd Ave & Nob Hill, my main local stop. The store (inside & out) looks great. The staff were cleaning regularly. I’ll return to this brand – and location – regularly.

Cheese steak and fries were excellent! Also have tried the hamburger and it was ok. Nice clean place. Service was good. Music way too loud and annoying! I don’t think I’ll go back to this location again.

Went in a few weeks ago. When we arrived we were the only people in the lobby. The girl at the counter made it pretty clear that she did not want to there. Everything was a one word response. After we ordered we went to look for a table. Every single one was dirty. We had to wipe down our table with paper towels and hand sanitizer. When we received our food it was not made as we had ordered. It was still good and fresh but not made correctly. It’s pretty sad how quickly a place can go downhill when the right people don’t care enough to do their job.

We were traveling through and saw Bruchi’s while stopping for gas. The strip of road that its on is a little off-putting but the restaurant is clean and well kept. The staff were quick and kind, the food was correct, fresh, and tasted awesome!

I used to have bruchis at the 3rd and nob hill location . Once in a couple years ,since they built the one here on 1st street I been going more frequently. Phenomenal everything . Aswell they have a self serve kiosk to order food as well. Well made drive thru

Wow just amaze me how good this place is, 1000 times better the McDonald’s and so few people coming in. Very inexpensive and food is fabulous.

Used to be good but is not anymore, new owners cutting corners and the food quality is not the same as it used to be, ordered a cheese steak and they no longer use the same meat it seemed like hamburger meat honestly. Not thin sliced steak, it was ground beef of some kind. Great service still but without the good food it makes it not worth the price.
