One of my favorite places to stop for lunch or dinner. Their burgers are great, but personally I prefer their sandwiches. Inside is a nice seating area with sizable windows, and the whole kitchen in your view. There’s a bathroom available, and you can either dine in or go through the drive-thru. Great food, great service.

Immediately greeted upon arrival. Promptly helped, food came quickly, it was delicious and hot. Restrooms were clean. I highly recommend. Keep up the great work guys. You’ve earned a repeat customer.

My kids love to eat here, and the food is always great. BUT, they started using a touch screen ordering system at the front counter. I had trouble navigating the menu and screwed up my order. It would taken less time and most likely would have not been mis ordered had there been an employee taking my order.

After I ordered, I double checked the bag to see that I had everything and was missing 1/3rd of my order. Informed the person working the window that I was short a few things. She asked what I was missing and before I could get a word out she shut the window and cut me off. A couple of minutes later she opened the window, took the order of what I was missing then handed me the beverage with the cup covered in soda. Dripping all over me and my vehicle. I eat at Bruchis regularly and have not had an experience like this at other locations

Killer sandwich from a local-legend. The food is exactly what you’d expect from a fast-casual sub-shop. French fries were crisp and the sandwich was solid. Service was fast.

Received two sandwiches with meat, cheese, and vegetables spilling out. I guess it depends on which sandwich artists are there because other times this hasn’t happened.

Ordered our regular order, but our kids meals were twice as small but for the same price. We also got tiny fries. The order machine to order your food was also super difficult and tricky.
