Why can’t we place orders online or earn points for orders here yet? We can place online orders and gain points for ordering in like Spokane or something but not here and being that I come here at least twice a month I really feel like I’m missing out on the rewards points

Now thats how you make a good chicken Caesar salad!!! The chicken was flavorful and juicy. The lettuce was fresh and crisp!! 10/10!!!!

Being gluten free, I can’t name a local place where I can go and actually have a variety of items to choose from. Not only do they have salads, they have gluten free buns for sandwiches and burgers! Everything is fresh and delicious, and honestly affordable compared to so many other places! They seem family-ran and provide excellent customer service.

Idk how yall find your employees. But don’t ever let them go. They are so kind. They actually seem to like there job! The young ones even are amazing and friendly please teach me a fellow small business owner how to create such a great culture where people seem to enjoy work. Everyone seemed nice and welcoming. Restaurant is clean and modern. Food was super good.

I have never ate here before and decided to buy lunch for my work group. I ordered online I paid I even gave a tip and it says pick up at 12:35. I arrive at 12:40 they’re all standing around looking at each other like where’s her food. 10 minutes past she tried to tell me that they’re making french fries. Another 10 minutes past I see people’s orders going out with french fries. They never made my sandwiches. When they finally figured it out they had not made anything so another 15 minutes went past 1:00 before I got that 12:35 order. Then I didn’t know which sandwich was what because they all looked alike and they weren’t really marked. Never again

Takeout chicken walnut salad was missing the chicken. Told they would both refund and give a free salad on next visit. No refund 5 days later then told to pick one or the other.

Upon entering the facility, we were not greeted or spoken to at all by the staff member at the register, to the contrary she seemed annoyed that we were there. She didn’t ask us what we wanted and when I ordered the only thing she said was, “Do you want bacon or cheese?” The floors had food and napkins scattered about, only took one photo, but it was all throughout the restaurant. Most of the tables had stuff spilled on them. The cashier also showed this same attitude to the next two people in line behind us. Very unimpressed with the customer service. The food itself was fair, but the burger patty tasted dry as if it was in a warmer for several hours and if the lobby is that dirty, it makes me wonder about the kitchens cleanliness where no one can see.
