First time here, I’m always trying to find a place that makes cheesesteak sandwiches like Little Philadelphia did in Reno, the one here was pretty good, would have been better if they use cheese sauce tho! I do absolutely love the sticker that was on the sandwich wrapper!

I went thru the drive thru and ordered 2 meals. When I got home they BOTH weee the wrong order. I tried to call but it was around 930. They were closed. I wrapped the sandwiches up put them back in the bag To return. I get to the store and was IMMEDIATELY shut down in 7 seconds for no remake. This used to be my favorite go to spot. The manager Rosa has no consideration for anyone else except her own. So I DEFINITELY will not be returning to this location

Bruchi’s makes a great cheese steak. How can you go wrong with meat, cheese, onions, and peppers. I have eaten most of the menu and have not been disappointed yet. I realy enjoy the broccoli cheese soup. It’s a very good place to get a meal even if your looking for a salad.

If i could give negative stars i would. Extremely rude customer service. I asked very nicely and respectfully to talk with the manager on shift to get clarification on their Veterans discount that i have previously recieved at this location several times, as i am a retired veteran and the employee Anna refused to get the manager for me. Continued to be rude and tell me over and over I dont need to speak to the manager. I remained very calm and polite and just repeated “i would like to talk with the manager please”. She got more frustrated and then stated “fine you can just sit here then” and slammed the drive thru window. I could not believe thats the type of person you would want to employ. I hope she was just having a bad day and that it gets better.

i went in on my lunch and witnessed the blonde girl with glasses that was taking orders in front cuss out a customer and made her pay for an order that was not hers just so she didn’t have to start a new ticket. EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional i don’t care if you have a crappie minimum wage job why are we making high school kids cry because YOU are miserable its an embarrassing look for the establishment.

The lady who was working the window at 7:45 pm on 10/22 provided garbage service. I went into the drive through and ordered a French dip. She said. “Pull up to the window,” with no further questions asked, or a total price given. When I pulled up, I asked if it came with fries and she said no, just the sandwich, so I said, “okay, I’ll add a medium fry please,” and she huffed at me like I ruined her day. I could see the team working through the drive through window, so I added a $10 bill to my $21 dollar sandwich as a tip, and she huffed at me again as I handed it to her! I was trying to do a nice thing for her and her team but she clearly just didn’t want to deal with me.

IMHO best sandwiches!! Def better than the competitors by far. Love all the sandwiches and the burgers and the fries are the best. I was served by Jasmine and she was just so nice and friendly. She did an outstanding job and then found out it was her first day. Been back several times since and she has been just as nice and friendly and polite. Great asset to this great place. Check them out and say hello to jasmine.

Just moved to Kennewick and this was one of the first local places that I stopped in at. Got the 8″ supreme cheese steak combo with fries and drink. My fiancee got the bacon and cheddar cheese steak. Both sandwiches were on point for not being a cheese steak from Philly. The fries were ok, not the greatest but far from the worst I’ve ever had. The customer service here was really good, perhaps some of the best that I have seen in a long while. Overall I gave this place a 5 star because of the customer service and I will definitely be back because of it and the good food. I highly recommend this place if you love cheese steaks sandwiches and especially if you have never tried one before!

Order3d 4 combos the people got my order wrong then I get home to eat after going back to PURCHASE THE OTHER PARTS OF MY ORDER. They cut the sandwich wrong and there is paper in the sandwich they cut through the wrap. What is this service? Spend $70 at a place you’d expect them to serve edible food without paper in it.
