I am a regular here, i always order a 12” steak primavera, add mushrooms and Half Cheese. This time I got a sandwich, not with Half amount of cheese, but double!! I wasn’t paying attention as I was eating from the smaller half because it had less cheese but once I bit into the larger second half, it was just flowing with cheese. I got grossed out and I went in and spoke with the manager, and he explained that they changed manufacturers and the pieces of cheese are twice as big. Weird. I’m not sure that’s very believable, but I wasn’t ready to eat a whole Nother half of a sandwich. I just asked if I could get a credit for next time I’m in for a smaller size sandwich, the same size I brought back to the counter. At the very least, that sounds reasonable. Most places would apologize and offer a full size sandwich. I’m not trying to take advantage of this situation. I just want the a credit for next time for the same size I brought back. Not happy with the way they handled it. Oh well, I guess I won’t eat here anymore.

Been to many Bruchi’s restaurants and am a regular customer. I like to stop by after work have dinner and a couple beers. This restaurant however does not seem to care for its regular customers. I have regularly had my regular order, that has never changed, messed up. I have also had no problem ordering another drink and a set of cookies at one of their restaurants as I did today. After ordering and eating my food and usual 2 beers then completing my work after an hour and a half was denied buying another beer and a couple cookies. This felt very judgmental and discouraging after a long day. I am regularly friends with the staff at other Bruchi’s restaurants. I know them and regularly talk with them about my day. However not with anyone at this restaurant and have always been treated as an irritant. I enjoy the company’s products and will continue to be a customer but not at this location.
