Stopped by here for lunch on Thursday the 9th of October at about 11:40.
I ordered a single Bruchi burger with cheese. The burger was very good. Probably better then it has any right to be from a semi fast food cheese steak establishment. It is a standard lettuce, tomato, onion burger with sauce. The pattie was relatively thick and hot. The veggies were cool, fresh and plentiful. The bun was fine but sort of “meh”. Some sort of artison type bun would take this burger to the next level IMHO.
This is one of those times where the picture doesn’t do it justice. It definitely tasted better then the picture looks.
The service was great. I was a little shocked when the employee (a female with no name tag) approached me with an actual smile on her face. This seems rare these days even in more expensive sit down restaurants. It was much appreciated.
This burger is on the cusp between a 4 and 5…probably a 4.4 but I’m giving an overall review of 5 because of the smile.

Bruchis on Court. ST. Pasco on Wed 2/25 @ 5:09pm. Ordered burgers and a pound of fries to go.1st off fry sauce dumped all over fries in bag so had to get replacement. Then questioned if what we received really was a pound of fries and was told its sold by the bag no matter what the menu says so no its not a pound but that’s what’s on the menu what you order and you and pay for. HELLO FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!!! Get home weigh the bag and fries and funny story its only 10.5 oz. Took pics of that. Call to complain and ask for a manager, get spoken to rudely by a young female then get hung up on. Call back get a young man who doesnt care and who gives us a number which no one answers then hangs up on me while still talking. So customer service sucks. Start eatting my burger and guess what its pink inside. Gross, under cooked burger after all the crappy service to top off the whole experience. Long story short will never go back to this location and won’t let anyone I know go there either. Save your time and money and literally go anywhere else to eat.

I have never ate here. Not at any of them. I don’t know that I’ll ever be back. I ordered the French dip and now I wonder if that was some kind of cheese steak. I don’t know what the juice was it looks like toilet water. Honestly there was no flavor with the juice. I also think oh I know I ordered fries but they never made those. I guess I dodged your bullet when I didn’t get the Fry’s because I could just imagine what they taste like. Lesson learn.

I should know better… I mean, who goes to a place that specializes in cheesesteak sandwiches and orders a salad… I did and I won’t make that mistake again! There was quite a bit of rotten lettuce and the steak was tough.
Service was great, friendly staff and food service was fast.
Atmosphere was nice, this is probably the largest Bruchi’s I’ve been in and it appeared to be very clean. If I wasn’t gluten intolerant, I’d definitely go back to have a sandwich but the salads… I’d suggest skipping them!

The soup was not hot enough the little bread dough they give you was not cooked all the way it was dough and ick. French dip was nasty and the meat taste like some funk we couldn’t eat it so the whole experience of the food did not appeal to me and my girlfriend Just so you know everything needed to be alot warmer

We just ordered a take out the Fry’s were cold and the Bread was day old at best. All our orders will come from the Pasco store on Burden. That Brushes is always been fresh. Brucie’s on court st need to rethink how to serve sandwiches.

This has become my husband’s and I favorite date place. We love the sandwiches but especially the fries. Service is always great and we like that we can sit and talk because it’s usually pretty quiet when we go.

Bruchi’s is one of the four food groups! Love doing Bruchi’s for lunch or dinner as the Steak Supreme is the best along with the crinkled fries and fry sauce. What I order is a tad spendy but what isn’t anymore? A few times I’ve stood the the front counter for 5 minutes before being helped but aside from that the food kinda makes up for it. Certainly worth the visit.

Whoever is scheduled around 5pm June 26 2025 the drive thru lady and grill cook a dude is absolutely horrible. My sandwich was 90% lettuce seems like they were just rushing to get orders out no care in the world.
