Firstly, the atmosphere is that of a classic American drive-in. From its seating to decor, this screams vintage American awesomeness. This is followed up by another American classic, delicious burgers, and Coca-Cola (they do have coke and pepsi products). They have all of your favorite drive-in favorites like chicken strips, beer battered onion rings, and superb superb chili dogs that are smothered in a Fort Smith origional 4-Star Chili.. I mean, you can’t go wrong here. They also have other items such as catfish, Hickory Smoked BBQ, and that all-important ice cream sundae to top off that sweet spot craving! This establishment settled in the stunning Arkansas River Valley is a true family establishment, currently owned by a third generation resturanteur, Kyrk, who loves this business and community. This drive-in is equipped with store front ordering, a drive thru, a large seeting accompaniment, and catering, so there’s no worry about finding a spot to order form and enjoy your meal comfortably. Service was spectacular with our meal getting out in quick time, our order being correct, condiments provided, and the server and owner both checking in on us and supplying those much needed beverage refills. The Bruce Terri drive-in is located in Barling, AR, just on the main highway through town. It’s truly a community staple and a hidden gem for those passing through. Stop in and give them your business… you won’t be sorry you did… and tell em’ Big Dave sent ya!!

I’ve enjoyed their catering at events a few times, but this was my first time visiting the restaurant in person. The customer service was excellent—they made me feel truly welcomed. I ordered the special of the day, the bbq pulled chicken sandwich, which was both delicious and affordable. I’ll definitely be back to try their catfish, my personal favorite!”l

I’ve going since I was a little girl with my grandparents. It’s been a while since then. I’ve lived out of state for a time. I just moved back to the area. And I couldn’t wait to go there.
At first, I thought they were closed.
But decided to drive thru anyway. And glad I did, they were open.
I ordered the turkey sandwich with a fried okra as my side. And sweet tea.
Omg!! Just as I remembered. Delicious!

This was recommended by a business down the road. I wasn’t planning on stopping here for lunch, but I’m glad I did! I ended up getting a cheeseburger and baked beans. If I was in Fort Smith longer, I would go back and try something else because the cheeseburger and baked beans were REALLY good!
The ladies who rang me up at the cash register also recommended a dessert place when I told them I tried Andy’s for the first time. Very friendly employees and food was ready fast. I would come here again when I’m in town!

Great service and very family friendly. Probably the best service I’ve had in Fort Smith area. Very small town dinner feel.

I’ve been seeing this place posted on local foodie groups for a while and have been waiting to be in Barling to give them a try. I’m not disappointed! It’s about as basic as basic gets, and I mean that in a good way. The staff were excellent. They were quick, always out checking up on people, offering refills, etc. Definitely worth the visit.

The food was great, but more importantly, the young lady who served us was amazing. She had such personality and was friendly and took care of all our needs even though we came in very close to closing. Love seeing a young lady being so great at her job. Made my night!
