They make our favorite sandwich! My daughter and I eat this sandwich at least twice a month – the Chicken Pesto Panini, but we have them use fresh mozzarella and they always make it perfectly! We find the staff to be super friendly – so I was a bit shocked to see some of the other reviews. We are local and visit often and have never once had a bad experience. I would suggest trying it yourself. They have some great specials, too!

We went in and placed a carry out order. It took 40 minutes to prepare our food! We were late to pick up our daughter from a dance class, and then had to change our plans for the rest of the evening because we were too late to get to the place we’d planned. We started eating our food in the car and it wasn’t even hot! The pizza, panini and calzone all had very little flavor. We stopped at Chick-fil-A on the way home and threw out the Brucci’s! What a waste of our time and money! We won’t be back.

Good service and food! Kind of slow food but it’s friday what donu expect? Ordered some sort of meat pizza a panini a salad some pasta and a ckn parm and it was all delicious! Looks like they have good specials on week nights so we will try on a lighter volume day next! oh and extra thanks to the waiter, my parents say he’s been there a long time and they love him lol.

Orderd 2 pizzas for delivery. Was told cash only because there web site and cash register were not working. Was told 45 minutes they never showed up. Called hour and half later and no answer. At least they could have had the common courtesy to call and say they weren’t coming. Will never make the mistake of ordering from them again, wasted my night.

The pizza is terrible, and by NO means New York style. The owner litterally weights the spaghetti and puts it in a sandwich bags in the back like it costs so much . Powder ingredients, and not worth the price!. Call Domino’s pizza. It’s much better and cheaper .

Order was wrong, they wont reimburse for their mistake. I spoke to a lady with a shrill voice claiming to be a manager who said they would put a “credit” for the Stromboli in the register to be claimed the next time we go in. Decided to stop in and “claim” the credit today and spoke with another employee who admitted the drawer could get cleaned out, thus our credit thrown away or misplaced. On top of that, he told me the lady I spoke to the night before was not a manager and that she lied. Would not give anything to me in writing that their location owed me a properly executed stromboli. Brucci’s in Ponte Vedra is run by dishonest high school students who just lost my business. The Brucci’s at GateParkway and 295 is delicious and the employees are friendly.
