Southern Hospitality at It’s Finest Brown’s Southern Bistro is a family oriented restaurant here to serve the community and greater Birmingham area. Brown’s Southern Bistro is owned by Mavis Brown (owner) and Bobby Brown (Co- owner). We started our journey in 2017. As Brown’s Catering Sevice But Through perserverance and hard work, we are now open to serving the public in our own building. We are open on Saturdays 11 to 6 and Sundays 11 to 5. We strive for excellence to bring you the best southern food experience in a sit down restaurant. At Brown’s Southern Bistro we will greet you like family and serve you with a smile. OMG. Found this hidden place and so glad we did. Had the fried chicken lima beans and Mac and cheese. Everything was so flavorful, not greasy, seasoned perfectly. Went back to get a plate to take home as I was from out of town. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.
