We’ve been going to browns for 8 years! They’ve done plenty of birthday cakes for us, even our wedding cake. I absolutely adore them. the best tasting cakes and other baked goods around. We will only do browns cakes even though we live in the Lehigh valley now. Our most recent was an Elmo smash cake for our little guys first birthday. It was delicious and beautiful.

I enjoy coffee and pastry shops, highlight of my day. We order from Browns often, but their attention to detail is really lacking. I could say 5 out of the 6 times I have ordered from them, something is wrong in the order, missing, not added. When you pay for this, it gets really quite frustrating and annoying. I enjoy the shop, it’s quite sweet in there. But if you order online, don’t expect to get your correct order details fulfilled. Better to just make the trip and go in to get your items.

I would like to give 5 stars but unfortunately the quality if the bake goods was not what I expected.. I had purchased a cake from here in the past which costed like $60 but it was dry and not flavorful. I went to try a second time since I heard their coffee is so good and I never tried it. Coffees were on spot! I decided to try one of their pastry to see if it was different than the cake but no, my pastry I got was cold and very dry, it tasted like it was sitting out 3+ days. I love fresh bake goods but I’m not a big fan of reheating old goods to freshen them up. It does not work in reality with most bake goods as it solely depends on the baker’s knowledge and expertise. But in all honesty coffee 10, maybe I will try their breakfast sandwiches since so many people say they are good.. we can see

This morning I went to Dunkin for a coffee and pastry for kids. Customer service was horrible. No acknowledgement, I felt more like an inconvenience vs a customer.
Fast forward 15 minutes I get a DoorDash hit for Browns Doughnut & Pastry. I drive 313 often and never even noticed it. Once I entered I was immediately hit one the smell of fresh baked goods, but the best thing was the greeting. All the staff were helpful and kind. They asked about day etc. I may not have taste their food just yet but their customer services, atmosphere and aroma won me over. I will be back!

I had the crème brûlée hot coffee and the bacon, egg and cheese bagel. I’ll start with the sandwich, I was pleasantly surprised on the sandwich as most places use the ready bacon which I’m not much a fan of but can tolerate. This sandwich was fresh, bagel soft, eggs fluffy, bacon was perfectly thick and crispy like I like, merged beautifully together.
I felt spontaneous and typically try new coffees. I tried The crème brûlée coffee wasn’t necessary my “cup of tea” due to being too sweet but it was a good experience. Also what would I expect a coffee with a dessert name not to be sweet . Rating still a 5. Thoroughly pleased.

From pastries to coffee to custom orders Browns never disappoints! Their coffee cake and cheesecake is a must try but everything is incredible. Have gotten custom orders several times and they are really great to work with for any design. Their staff is always extremely friendly as well! My go-to local bakery!

I had the pleasure of trying the cheese cream danish & cinnamon twist and it was simply divine. The danish was perfectly moist, sweetly balanced, and the cream cheese filling was absolutely delicious. Each bite was a delight to the taste buds. Overall, my first and brief visit at Brown’s Donut and Pastry Company in Dublin PA (Buck’s County) was truly fantastic, all thanks to the wonderful experience and the delectable offerings. Reached out to Brown’s Doughnuts to make a Groom’s cake for an upcoming rehearsal dinner. And they did not disappoint at all! Asked for a beautiful but simple semi-naked cake, and they delivered. It was half chocolate and vanilla with the most luscious smooth icing.
The cake was beautiful and Kevin was able to add a plaque to the top that we needed.
They did everything we asked, and it was so delicious and I would highly recommend them for any occasion. Whether it’s a cake, donut, sticky bun, or a fresh cuppa coffee, this is the place to go. So happy with our decision. The cake was perfect and we enjoyed working with Kevin and Katy so much. I wish I could give them more stars, they deserve it!
