The chicken was room temperature. The woman gave me a hard time about getting a fresh one.
They had multiple trays of fried chicken breast already cooked and sitting out.
They got 2 salt shakers for the entire restaurant to share.
No music and chairs still up on tables at 1 in the afternoon. Random trash behind my table.

I have brought chicken here 2 times in the past month. Both times the chicken was stale and the manager refuses to refund our money or replace the order with fresh fried chicken. I will never go there again. I got a stomach ache from eating that chicken.

I use to get Brown’s back in the day and it was pretty good. So I thought I’d try it again. This time I wasn’t impressed. The chicken wasn’t hot, pretty much room temperature and you could tell the grease used to prepare the children was old. You could taste the grease just as much as you could taste the chicken. I was hoping to have another chicken place. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

I go to Brown’s for one thing. The fried mushrooms. Those are the best I’ve had anywhere. I can’t even make them better. It’s a treat I look forward to a few times a year.

I love fried chicken, and I have eaten it in many places. But I have never had my Jaw exercised like that. It felt like the Green beans I order were made from plastic, and the chicken was so hard I felt like I was eating a leather shoe. The service was basic, but too bad it was over shadowed by the lack of understanding of how to fry chicken. It seems they may have left it to fryer too long. So I threw it out and ordered the Italian beef. Come on guys, are you cooking old food? The beef which was dipped (mind you) was as rough as the chicken. I can’t believe I didn’t ask for my money back. I’m just hoping I can digest this by tomorrow. I also ordered the hot dog, the poor dears put a frozen pickle and tomatoes on my “hot” dog. Please, corporate, help!!!. This franchise needs training and help. Love you guys, but you lost a customer. Sorry.
