My daughter went through the drive thru today 1/18:26 around 3:30pm and was served old, stale, dark around the bones and throughout the chicken wings. The flavor of the mushrooms is off as well indicative of old frying oil. The quality of Brown’s chicken has significantly declined. It’s really sad that you pay your hard earned money just to disappointed with food that’s barely edible. Brown’s was one of my favorites- but now I’m left with a stale taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively. To the owners of the establishment, please have more respect for your patrons and the Brown’s chicken brand.

I ordered Browns for some guests and it had been awhile since I tried them. I was expecting to have the same quality and taste from years back but this meal was embarrassing. The biscuits were cold and hard. Same for the fries. The okra was cold and soggy and the corn was mushy and dark like it had been reheated. The chicken was just ok. Will never order again

IF you arrive at the Top of the lunch or dinner hr your Chicken is great. Their chicken is known for its crispiness, BUT when too much has been cooked and kept under the heat lamps far too long. It becomes brittle hard. Trying to bite thru it, the skin doesnt break, it’s like trying to eat Jawbreakers (remember that candy?) The Powdered mashed potatoes can and often are so watery it’s difficult to pick up and the cups are not full.
