Been wanting to try out the food here for a while and it didn’t disappoint. We got the cheese curds and they were delicious! I wish there were more in the serving for the price. They came with a nice tasting avocado ranch. I got the chicken avocado wrap sandwich with fries. The sandwich was ok, the fries were delicious! My husband got the beer cheese burger and he said it was good, but a bit on the small side. My son got the bacon Brie burger and he thought it was good. My son and daughter split the French toast and I tried it, it was some of the best tasting French toast I’ve had. We also got ice cream after we ate and all the flavors are super unique. The service was excellent and our waiter was very attentive, could’ve even been the owner. The only thing we didn’t care for was the smokey air inside the restaurant. The cook makes things on the grill right in the open-air restaurant and it didn’t seem like any ventilation systems were on to prevent the yucky smells.

Stopped in for a quick dinner and had the BEST burger I’ve ever had. I’m begging you, please keep the Northville Prime Burger on the menu. By far the best burger in the area – phenomenal flavor, REAL beef that’s locally sourced, and cooked to perfection. Don’t get us started on the boozy shakes! Our server, Char, was amazing, she was very knowledgeable and friendly. We can’t wait to come back. I’ll definitely be dreaming of that burger in the meantime. Oh, and Justin was pretty cool too.

The owners Brian and Paul are great! They had an event at my location for their staff yesterday and when I found out everything they had on their menu I had to give it a try and it did not disappoint. Super clean place with the most friendly staff. Char my server/bartender was amazing, Scott the GM and chef was amazing as well and so is the food he makes! I will definitely be back, thank you guys!

The service was great! The ice cream here is great as well. The food…. well it could be better. I got the Aria chicken sandwich and the chicken breast was very bland. The sandwich in general lacked flavor, especially for the price. I ordered truffle fries which basically looked the same as the house fries but with a side of garlic aioli. My son had chicken tenders that were extremely processed with something questionable and dark on the inside when he bit into it. I probably won’t return for the food unless the quality goes up. The cost is just not worth it.

Char was amazing! Justin was just okay….lol. But the northville prime burger is a must have could honestly be the best tasting burger I’ve had. Follow the pro tip with onions and mushrooms. I hope it is a permanent addition to the menu! Thank you team Browndog for making Friday nights amazing!

Me and my husband went here for dinner the other night. Amazing food, staff, and atmosphere, especially our server Justin. We were beyond satisfied with the service. Their burgers and ice cream are to die for! Would recommend and will be stopping by again!

Had the opportunity to stop into Browndog Barlor for a photo shoot today, and I must say, what a wonderful, cozy downtown restaurant! Manager Paul and Chef Caleb were both pleasant to talk to for organization and really passionate about their craft.
All the food looks exceptionally well made and is reasonably priced for a downtown establishment. Browndog really seems to focus on breakfast, but they do have quite a variety of menu items to choose from as well as their bar selection and a lot of ice cream too! If you are around the Northville area, stop in and give them a try!

Went out to downtown Northville and decided to get a drink and bite to eat. It was Tuesday night mid July. I had the Salted Malted Bourbon Pecan shake and my friend ordered the Drunken Muppet I believe (it’s the blue one). Mine was delicious hers not so much. For $17.50 each, I’d rather make them at home and get more bang out of my buck. As for the food, Hatch Chile Nachos – not good, cheese curds – I’ve had better but weren’t bad, and the Firecracker shrimp which were fine. All and all, I don’t think I’d be back. A bit overpriced and there’s better stuff out there.

Amazing experience!
This place was awesome to stop by for a late lunch with our dogs.
Very clean and reasonably priced with super unique menu options for entrées, apps and deserts.
Food is fresh, delicious and a new favorite.
The outdoor seating area is dog friendly and staff was happy to accommodate us for the seating arrangements.
There are lots of beers on tap as well as cocktails an other mixed drinks made to order.
The highlight of this restaurant is definitely the to die for desserts. They have so many unique gourmet flavors of ice-cream that we had to get a flight of different flavors so we could try many of them. This was the first time ive ever had a flight of icecream and I was not disappointed with it!
They also offer alcoholic icecream shakes that look good, but I didnt get a chance to try this time around.
The only complaint is that the service was a little slow, but I am sure theyre short staffed and it was very busy at the time so its understandable.
I am definitely going back even though this place is way out of the way for me, its a must try for sure.

Stopped here today because I’ve heard numerous people speak highly of this place. They definitely weren’t kidding. I ordered the Fruity Pebbles French Toast and the MiBROsa (solid name choice!). The French Toast was easily the best I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to venture back soon to try some other items on the menu. I also hope to go when I can go straight home (45 minute drive) so I can buy like 10 different ice cream pints!
Edit: came back and got the steak and egg street tacos and they too, were bomb! Love this place
