I recently moved to Michigan from Texas and this was my first time here. It was great because I was having lunch with my future brother in law. Our server Bree was outstanding and the food was fantastic

As a Michigan fan, you have to come to this place. It’s not as big as I had thought it would be but there are lots of great photos of Michigan celebs that have been there. The food was pretty good, although my wife wasn’t fully thrilled with hers, which was the Stuffed Grape Leaves. I had the bacon bbq burger and my daughter had the chicken kabobs, both were very good. We visited in February so there wasn’t a wait. I imagine this place is hopping on game day weekends.

We went to the Brown Jug because I had heard about it for years, it was on our trek at the Ann Arbor art fair, and we were hungry. We got seated immediately, had an enthusiastic waitress and the food was very good. My co-diner and I shared an excellent order of fries, my burger was tasty, and she was also pleased with the beer selections (and her lunch). We were happy!

We had an absolutely amazing server who was super upbeat and friendly. She made our time a 5 star experience. We had some mystery shooters which were delicious and cheap! We went on a Saturday afternoon and there was no wait! I’d definitely recommend it for drinks.

Fantastic pizza! Great atmosphere. Waitress recommended a local beer on tap that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Food and service were great. We stopped in while my son was playing in a 3 and 3 hockey tournament and were well taken care of. Would definitely go back next time we’re in Ann arbor!

Do not accept foreign IDs, only passports, unlike any other place around here. They do though accept a wide range of fake US IDs, so I’d highly recommend you ordering a cheap fake ID if you don’t want to carry around your precious passport (which you shouldnt) when going out!

Took my daughter out for a break from dorm food. She enjoyed the spinach pie and I had the simple salmon dinner. Both were delicious and the atmosphere is great for any Michigan fan. Food came quickly and waitstaff was attentive.

Meh, it’s good for a college bar. Service was great. I had the sampler platter, it was pretty good for a plate of fried food. The full menu looked pretty good. Beer selection was limited and you could tell by the drink specials it’s a college bar. Would have given it 5 stars if not for the 4% fee for paying by card. It’s billed as an admin fee but refunded if you pay cash.

The place is really outdated. The interior is nice for a Michigan fan. The table near us with a couple of black people weren’t served until late, when they arrived before us. Food was not hot for one of our members.
